I got the cilantro rice bowl through the drive thru at the Hammonds plains tim hortons. When I got home and opened it it was pathetic..... my initial thought was someone forgot to add rice. Nope the was rice about three fork fulls!!!! I paid $10 plus tax for this!!!! Also my white hot chocolate which tastes more like regular hot chocolate. Extremely disappointed. Well never get a meal at this tim hortons again.

The employees at this location are so lazy it’s unbelievable.. can’t make a simple coffee without making mistakes and not owning up to it. We need to fire these lazy people and hire people who care. Your job is simple!!! You guys are pathetic 🤣🤣🤣

Doesn’t accept Amex despite every other Tim Hortons in the country accepting it, love when the franchisees throw corporate standards out the window to save some money.
