Terrible wait time, ordered 2 ice caps and waited like 10min, in the mean time there 4 people after me that got there's before I did.
I really like this Tim Hortons because my friend William works there, and he's always so friendly with everyone. Even though the place is short-staffed, all the employees are kind and hardworking. The wait time is actually really good; much better than other Tim Hortons nearby. I'm not sure why some people complain about it, because I've never had a bad experience. While they don’t have seating like a regular Tim Hortons, there’s a super convenient gas station attached, so I can grab a snack along with my coffee. I honestly love this location and the amazing staff. I honestly love this location and the amazing staff.

This is absolutely the worse Tim Hortons I have ever been in! We are on a road trip from Alberta. We love Tim Hortons stops with the kids. It was 9 am took over 10 minutes to order even though there was no line infront of me. No one cares they were in their own world talking laughing. There was like 6 employees. Kyla finally helped me no smile, no hi, no anything just looked at me waiting for me to order. If ladies here don’t like working find people who do! Miserable.

I go to this Tim Hortons everyday that I work. I just went though the drive thru and got one drink. I got to the window and I saw the girl put my drink on the counter, she looked at me and then walked away. Another girl was filling the sanitizer bins and another girl was on the bar making food. Sanitizer bins should not be being filled while u have customers that’s what gets done when there is time in between. I waited at the window for 10 minutes while everyone that was in the store was starring at me. Know what to do when there is customers in the drive thru and get what u need to get done when there is no customers. Not to mention the poor girl that was making food had to stop to take my money and hand me my drink because the other people that were doing nothing wouldn’t serve me. The cup was covered in sticky coffee, if u make a mess on the cup use a napkin to clean it off. I’ve worked at Tim Hortons for many years and only just got a new job so I’m aware of how things are ran at tims Hortons. This stuff is the bare minimum, I get that it’s not the most amazing job but if u can’t do the bare minimum find a new job.

I watched the lady at the inside cash realize they had no decaf and proceed to fill my cup half normal coffee and half hot water then serve to me. Super unimpressed. Get better employees 👍

Coffee is regularly not made right had to have mine and hubby's made 3 times this morning and it still didn't taste good at all..I ended up leaving with my burnt bean water ( that's how it tasted) cause it seemed like the person on counter was annoyed by me .Think it's time to give the machines an overhaul and maybe some of the staff

Super slow always, 3 cars in the drive thru waited for 20 mins never has what you want
Worst Tim Hortons ever! Wait times are extremely long, not hard to tell the creamer machine and sugar machine need calibration because their coffee is never made right. And what is with the staff wearing fake nails in a fast food industry? That's a health and safety issue folks! This place needs to be shut down

Waiting 10 minutes in the drive through isnt worth going to this location. And this isnt an isolated event. Check other reviews. 10,20,30 minute wait times. Its abysmal.
The waiting probably would not be so much of an issue as a one off, but has been something that has occurred at this location every time Ive visited. The time of day doesnt make a difference either. Only once have I visited when there was no one lined up and I still waited a good 3 minutes at the order board before I was able to give my order.
Other Tims are much busier and are able to efficiently move customers through without issue. For whatever reason, THIS location has enormous difficulty in getting customer orders processed. Watching people receive their orders, most are coffee and doughnuts or small items, very few actually order more than that or large orders. So its obviously an efficiency issue.
I usually opt for the Brookfield location or the Stewiack location.
