Coffee is regularly not made right had to have mine and hubby's made 3 times this morning and it still didn't taste good at all..I ended up leaving with my burnt bean water ( that's how it tasted) cause it seemed like the person on counter was annoyed by me .Think it's time to give the machines an overhaul and maybe some of the staff

Worst Tim Hortons ever! Wait times are extremely long, not hard to tell the creamer machine and sugar machine need calibration because their coffee is never made right. And what is with the staff wearing fake nails in a fast food industry? That's a health and safety issue folks! This place needs to be shut down

Waiting 10 minutes in the drive through isnt worth going to this location. And this isnt an isolated event. Check other reviews. 10,20,30 minute wait times. Its abysmal.

The waiting probably would not be so much of an issue as a one off, but has been something that has occurred at this location every time Ive visited. The time of day doesnt make a difference either. Only once have I visited when there was no one lined up and I still waited a good 3 minutes at the order board before I was able to give my order.

Other Tims are much busier and are able to efficiently move customers through without issue. For whatever reason, THIS location has enormous difficulty in getting customer orders processed. Watching people receive their orders, most are coffee and doughnuts or small items, very few actually order more than that or large orders. So its obviously an efficiency issue.

I usually opt for the Brookfield location or the Stewiack location.

I'm a local so I go here regularly (at least once a day sometimes more). Months ago it was pretty rough, messing up 2/5 orders then it got better. Last couple weeks though, normally in the morning, it's gone back to ALOT of messed up orders. Coffees being wrong, farmers wraps without hashbrown or whatever else was asked on it. Today I ordered a large double triple in drive through, they repeated it back to me, I seen it on the screen and now I'm sitting in another tims parking lot because as I drove down the highway and took a sip and looked at the lid, it's a double single.. most often I let it go but it's becoming so often now it's getting a bit ridiculous. Literally 4 times my orders been messed up in the last week/week and a half. Hopefully something changes or I'm gonna have to stop going. I can't be stopping at 2 spots every morning on my way to work.

Went at 10:00 AM on a Sunday, so the drive-thru line was understandably long.

Regardless, the drive-thru service was brief and pleasant. I pulled up to the window and was provided service by Simon.

Despite the rush behind the counter and the long line, Simon nonetheless provided great service with a smile and friendly jest. So real

The wait times are absolutely disgusting. Even when coming in and ordering a coffee or tea when there is no line and you are the only customer, they don’t even acknowledge that you exist. Customer service is non existent. The manager seems to be the only person that knows how to do their job and is customer service oriented. The fact that I have to ask to be served when they are all doing nothing or not acknowledging me is terrible. Additional to this my order is wrong frequently. Time to step it up Milford Tim’s, at least acknowledge the customer is there.
