Absolutely useless Tim Hortons... Going inside you'll stand there for 20 minutes while the 1 counter staff does mobile orders this is a daily occurrence. Stopped going altogether.

This is the SLOWEST Tim Horton’s location I have ever been to. Astoundingly slow. 4 cars in front of me in the drive thru right now and we’ve been sitting here for 15 minutes.
They are also frequently out of basic ingredients for food. Don’t even bother to order food here.
I don’t know why I come back here.

I’m mad at them, I asked for a bacon farmers wrap with NO sauce and even at the window the lady said “no chipotle sauce right?” And boom when we get home, it’s absolutely covered in it. So yes I’m leaving a 1 star review.

While I was waiting in line at this tim hortons location I noticed they have a small donut and timbit display and on other side of it no door to keep the treats fresh and away from bugs unfortunately I saw a bunch of fruit flies just sitting and walking on top of the baked goods and i said to myself that be gross to eat after bugs sitting on them there should be better cleaning there and should add a door to the display case to keep the flies away and this was during middle of the day during a rush hour and someone probably ended ordering these items where bugs been on them and the worker should do spot checks on the items before giving it to a costumer where a bug could have been or could walked inside the baked good and ate the bug as well

Get your coffee when you get your gas. This little Tim Hortons has good food and the pizza is good too. Steady coffee and treats with the standard selection found at Tim Hortons restaurants. Good palace to stop and get some treats.

Terrible wait time, ordered 2 ice caps and waited like 10min, in the mean time there 4 people after me that got there's before I did.
I really like this Tim Hortons because my friend William works there, and he's always so friendly with everyone. Even though the place is short-staffed, all the employees are kind and hardworking. The wait time is actually really good; much better than other Tim Hortons nearby. I'm not sure why some people complain about it, because I've never had a bad experience. While they don’t have seating like a regular Tim Hortons, there’s a super convenient gas station attached, so I can grab a snack along with my coffee. I honestly love this location and the amazing staff. I honestly love this location and the amazing staff.

This is absolutely the worse Tim Hortons I have ever been in! We are on a road trip from Alberta. We love Tim Hortons stops with the kids. It was 9 am took over 10 minutes to order even though there was no line infront of me. No one cares they were in their own world talking laughing. There was like 6 employees. Kyla finally helped me no smile, no hi, no anything just looked at me waiting for me to order. If ladies here don’t like working find people who do! Miserable.

I go to this Tim Hortons everyday that I work. I just went though the drive thru and got one drink. I got to the window and I saw the girl put my drink on the counter, she looked at me and then walked away. Another girl was filling the sanitizer bins and another girl was on the bar making food. Sanitizer bins should not be being filled while u have customers that’s what gets done when there is time in between. I waited at the window for 10 minutes while everyone that was in the store was starring at me. Know what to do when there is customers in the drive thru and get what u need to get done when there is no customers. Not to mention the poor girl that was making food had to stop to take my money and hand me my drink because the other people that were doing nothing wouldn’t serve me. The cup was covered in sticky coffee, if u make a mess on the cup use a napkin to clean it off. I’ve worked at Tim Hortons for many years and only just got a new job so I’m aware of how things are ran at tims Hortons. This stuff is the bare minimum, I get that it’s not the most amazing job but if u can’t do the bare minimum find a new job.
