It's hit or miss whenever you go. At 8am they didn't have scrambled eggs to make the croissant scrambled and this is the 3rd time now. The drinks normally come out just how you ask but food is usually a miss.

The service at this location is unreal, do they even train the workers anymore before they go out on the floor? It’s extremely frustrating when I order my items and they aren’t even rang in correctly, nor are they made correctly, and on top of that waiting 10-15 minutes, why have they let the service go down so much? it’s sad to see the TimHortons standard Decline so drastically 😔 :Edit: and also when they get your order wrong an you tell them to remake it, they get mad, as if it is your fault they can’t do there job correctly, if they could do it right the first time there wouldn’t be an issue in the first place.

Complaint – Drive-Through Experience
I had an unpleasant experience at your drive-through. When my tap card didn’t work, the staff member Anureet told me it was declined and then called her manager, saying in Punjabi: “Come here and take her payment, she’s wasting time.” in her version edhr pay kevaye, time khraab kri Jandi a
Another staff member, Jashan, told me “Don’t order food from here. Don’t come here,” which I found very disrespectful. When I asked for the General Manager’s contact details and their names, both refused and even threatened to call the police.
Is it tim Hortons policy?? Not to identify their names?? And not to provide the any contact to complain???
And during training, as Jashan said she is the assistant manager, don’t you teach them that if a concern arises, instead of talking disrespectfully, they should say to the customer, “I can try to help you”?
But Jashan’s response was to throw the tap machine aside with attitude and say she wasn’t talking to me, she was saying that to another customer.
Lol if not me, then another customer? Wow, girl.That’s why videos of people like you get made.
If staff and Assistant managers refuse to identify themselves or provide complaint contacts, how can customers raise concerns? I request this issue be reviewed and addressed by management.

Worst Tim hortons ever. Very long wait. And then you don't get what you ordered. Wasted my money because they put egg on a wrap that I asked to have no egg on. Threw it in the garbage because my grandson can't eat egg. Didn't take it back because I already had a very long wait to oder it and get it.

Go to this Tim's on the Regular, they usually mess up the latte. But I'm only writing today because I was handed a latte that was spilled over (not the first one spilled over) and instead of cleaning it up. Staff put the whole latte with the dirty cup into Tim's coffee cup. That's just pure laziness....they need new staff or a new manager.
25 of July 2025, went in again to get a latte with extra vanilla and caramel. They lady double charged me for caramel and acted like it was normal. Last time I truly support the place.....the latte doesn't already come with caramel, so she double charged me on the latte.

way too much of a focus on uber than mobile orders. placed a mobile order and waited 15+ minutes before anyone acknowledged the wait… said they were brewing coffee but the people who had all ordered in store after me rec’d their drinks.
asked to speak to the supervisor as my order time crept up to 20 minutes. and other customers commented on how it seemed like they were ignoring me. further adding salt to the wound. super disappointed with my experience to say the least.
