Didn't get to eat...they were unable to serve the sandwiches we ordered as the had no BREAD. NO diabetic friend Ly drinks but coffee, tea and water. Waiter was great, even asked for us if the sandwiches could be made a burger buns due to the lack of bread. 'NO' the portly owner barked. Within 10 feet of us, a table of four willing to pay just south of $20 for a sandwich (turkey, not lobster and caviar). This tore it. A rude, idiot of an owner, chasing paying customers out for the sake of 2 burger buns. A really poor showing, and I speak from experience, having worked in many capacities for 17 years at McKelvie's restaurant in Halifax.

Been coming here for years! I love the African peanut soup and Apple brie chicken sandwich on the soft whole wheat bread! The lovely staff working brought my toddler annold fashion highchair that fit up to the table on the patio! Highly recommend!
Parking: It can be busy outside the restaurant with cars and parking can be stressful cause of the main busy road during summer!

Fantastic little spot with excellent service. But the standing ovation goes to the veggie burger with Bombay sauce. Absolutely the best we’ve ever had. Homemade patty and taste is out of this world. Will be back again before our trip is finished. This is exactly how a veggie burger should be made.

A charming little place located in downtown Hubbards. We stopped there for lunch. My wife enjoyed her avocado and Brie toasted sandwich with the African peanut soup. I enjoyed a lovely bowl of seafood chowder.
Parking: Limited parking right in front of the restaurant.

I had the roast chicken sandwich, which was ok, the bread was fresh. I also bought the carrot cake to take home, $10 for a very small piece that was dry, almost like it was frozen. The only slightly good thing about it was the cream cheese icing, most of it went to my dog. It was cold inside and we kept our jackets on for the meal. The only great thing was the service, they were friendly and pleasant. Not sure I will return to this place.
