Wow! The food was definitely fine dining patio by the ocean style. The seafood was amazing, and the waitress worked super hard despite the understaffing. Everything was great! I’d definitely go back, but it’s pricey. However, it’s 100% worth the money for some fresh, good seafood.

The food here was absolutely delicious. We were late to our reservation but they still could accommodate us. Our table had a beautiful view but the patio has the best view - if it's warm out, that's the way to go! Shout out to our server Finn who was incredibly kind and attentive!

On a golf trip to Cabot, we stopped here for dinner. For a small town without a lot of food options, we were pleasantly surprised. The food and service were excellent. An added bonus is the view of the sunset was spectacular. The owner came over to our table and could not have been nicer. We had an amazing meal at The Annex Restaurant along the Cabot Trail! The atmosphere was cozy, the food was absolutely delicious, and our server Hannah was fantastic! I highly recommend trying the Miss Rose mocktail!! A must-stop if you’re exploring the trail. Can’t wait to come back!

We visited from Montréal and had some of the best food we’ve had so far on our Cabot Trail. I recommend the Moscow Mule, Seacuterie board and Caesar salad. We had the pleasure of receiving impeccable service by our amazing server Hannah and the rest of the wait staff, who gave great recommendations with a smile!

Just expanding at your request, Mary. I'm a good friend of the bride and groom that were supposed to have their wedding at your restaurant this summer. I find it funny that you found the time to reply to my 1 star review, but never found the time to communicate with the couple who called and emailed you time and again to iron out details about their wedding day. You're not a good person, Mary. Sorry that has to reflect on your restaurant.

We booked this place for our wedding and then the OWNER simply never returned our emails or phone calls when we were 5 months away from our day (when she promised she would), even though our requests were for reasonable items: like the cost of food and drinks, etc. So we were forced to cancel everything because how can you deal with an unresponsive venue? You need the price of things because there are other items to plan, as well. The lack of communication and professionalism added so much stress and, honestly, just sucked the joy out of the whole experience for us. What an awful way for a business to treat people in regards to their special day.

From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was inviting and thoughtfully curated. You can immediately tell that the chef is truly passionate about food—every dish was beautifully presented and packed with incredible flavour. The attention to detail was evident in everything we tasted.
The service was equally impressive. The servers were warm, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome. We didn’t expect to be this blown away, but this place exceeded all expectations. Highly recommend!

Tuna tartare and zucchini were amazing starters. The fresh flavour of the tuna tartare is a must try. The Zuchinni was well fried and not overly oily! Quite a bit portion so can be shared.
We opted for the halibut and lobster pasta (without the nduja sausage) The pasta was flavourful and lobster was loverly but the sauce was a little salty. And the halibut was beautiful and well cooked and paired with some lovely mussels.
