This is a must to visit if you're around the area, it's only open for 4 hours everyday but the food is great and the quantity is by far the most we ever got from a takeout like this , well worth the money .

Very hard to get into this restaurant. Drove over an hour to order food, and even called ahead asking if they would be open which was given a yes. Upon 20 min to arrival I was ignored even though there were other orders being taken. I understand a busy establishment can be hard cater to customers but it would have been nice to have been told that in advance, considering I had asked. Will not be back although I have heard good things when they decide to answer they’re phone.

Disappointed to find pink centers to all chicken balls within 2 separate orders. Contacted the restaurant to notify them, within operating hours, no response. Left voicemail regarding complaint, no response in over a week. Good sized portions but was disappointing for pregnant lady who didn't risk eating all of her order for fear of food poisioning

Bought the dinner for 4 last night. 4 guys sharing the food. Lots of food & tasted great. Egg rolls were delicious, chicken balls were good size & great to. Had lots of food still left over from our order. Staff were helpful to arrange transport of food to our motel. We think it was the owner. This was for extra cost, but at least an option. Definitely recommend if looking for oriental food in Kingston area.

Best meal ever!! Very very fresh food, absolutely perfect. I walked in at about 6:10 and ordered takeout, and at 6:20 I was out the door, food in hand! The deep fried wontons were perfect and the chicken fried rice and chicken balls were to die for!! Most delicious meal I’ve ever had from any restaurant 😄

Best place, hands down if you are looking for Chinese cuisine. The food is always fresh and great tasting and the prices are very reasonable for the serving sizes. Very friendly and incredible family run restaurant.

We ordered several dishes for supper and all we're delicious!! You have to have the home made plum sauce it will blow your mind. Also recommend the orange chicken, egg foo young, Singapore noddles (curry) and beef with oyster sauce! Thank you BAO PHU, so happy to have you in our community.
Ordered 8 dishes for Christmas Eve, didn’t get 2 dishes we ordered but they did replace them with completely different and cheaper dishes (2 identical dishes). All the food was lacking any flavour and the deep fried wontons literally were deep fried batter ( no stuffing in them). Was told since we got dishes still that we could get 1 new dish, not the 2 we didn’t get. Drove just over 30 minutes to pick up the food so not convenient to go back and get new dish. Hung up on after asking politely to be compensated with new dishes we never got. So disappointed with them that we won’t order again. Would give a lower rating however system won’t allow.

Yes they only do takeout, yes there is a wait if you don't call and order ahead, but YES IT IS 100% WORTH IT. Food is fresh, tasty and cooked to order. My husband loves Singapore Curry noodles, and places usually put shrimp in it and he's deathly allergic. Bao Phu remembered to leave shrimp out even though they were in the weeds. Definitely adding this to our rotation for takeaway
