I go here almost everyday for Tea and they give me coffee at least 5 times a month.

I go here everyday and get coffees made both with milk and cream. Some with milk and some with cream. They always make them all with milk and if you get them to fix it, they will deliberately make it wrong. These employees are ignorant!

I'm at this Tim's a lot. And unfortunately that just means I can't get the food I want 9 times outta 10 they r out of buns or bacon or turkey or bagles. Whoever is doing the food orders here needs to step it up and order enough to make it through the day. The service from several of the young girls that usually work in the afternoon and weekends is so bad it's ridiculous. They are rude and are in no hurry to take your order especially when you walk in and they have 1 person at the drive thru. The only upside of this location is a gentleman who I believe is named Mike. This guy works harder and with more dedication to his job than anyone else. And he does it with a smile. This is the kind of employee that should be fully in charge and Tim's the company should be having him train staff everywhere.

Ordered coffee at the drive-thru, after which my child decided they did in fact want a drink (parents know kids can be indecisive sometimes). Got to the window and asked to add a bottled drink to my order, to which the girl working would only shake her head "no", she wasn't acknowledging my question in any other way so I repeated it while she still just stared flatly at me shaking her head. At that point she said "you can't order at the window", I have NEVER experienced this before, and it isn't like I was ordering a sandwich, I was asking for a bottled drink which would have taken 2 seconds to grab and add to the total. The rule is ridiculous in itself, but in addition to that the worker's demeanor in acknowledging what I was asking her and dealing with the situation appropriately was absolutely abysmal. Customer service training needs to be conducted at this location.

First time at this location. Didn't realize breakfast sandwiches are not served. No problem. I ordered a muffin and when I got to the window to pay I asked for a second muffin. I was told with a huff that they are not allowed to add to orders but would do it this one time. Honestly I was shocked at how rude she was.

There was I think 5 or 6 on drive thru and 1 on cash for inside customers. I have to say that customer service is focused on drive, not the customer standing right in front of you. Shameful ?
