Came here around noon on july 17, It was incredibly busy and the shop was out of a lot of baked goods. Despite everything, staff were friendly & funny, delivered super quick service and offered alternative options for the things I wanted that were unavailable - I don't think I've ever been to a Tim Hortons and thought it deserved 5 stars but the staff's attitude was fantastic and far more upbeat than I ever would be in their position so they deserve some recognition...
Drive thru was quick and efficient.

The service at drivethru is becoming harder to place orders. Unfortunately, communication barriers often lead to frustration on the servers' part and arguing amongst staff while waiting at the window for the correct order. I had one person get extremely rude to me after I could not understand what they were asking me, and they did not hide the fact they were getting annoyed.

Out of all the Tim Hortons I’ve been in around the world, this is by far the one with the fastest service. You are in the drive through line and out so fast. The people are also very friendly and nice and my order is right every time!
