Drink was pretty good however an insane amount of seeds. I understand that's hard to avoid however they scratched my throat so bad and no medicine is helping

Great service. Working alone, this wonderful young lady did a tremendous job and deserves a raise. On my way to a funeral reception, she got me 5 drinks in very little time, with a polite smile and a lot of professionalism. There are little moments sometimes on very bad days where you have to celebrate the positive interactions that make you smile.

I visited once and had a great experience as the staff was very kind and attentive. However, when I returned the next day, I was disappointed. Despite there being only one other customer, I stood at the counter for about five minutes without being acknowledged, so I ended up leaving.

Your online site states you are open till 10pm Saturday's (May want to update that.)
My husband and I came there tonight @ 8:57 for smoothies, we walked into the store and the guy at the counter said we closed we closed. (While counting his till) The door was still open (because we walked into the store) the open sign was still on, we asked what time you close and he said 9. (Ok sounds good, that’s fine we get it) it was 8:57pm.. But from experience of working in food & beverage places, 9 pm is closing. That is when all closing duties should be done (AFTER doors are locked and lights are off)
“we closed we closed” should not have been the response to paying customers.

A bit disappointed in that customer service tonight. Such a shame.

Very clean location, no wait at all. No lineup usually. Recommendation is the tropical tornado or something like that, very yummy! Staff was helpful and friendly!

Came here last night at 5pm for 3 smoothies, 2 wraps, 2 paninis and some power balls. We waited a full hour to get everything.We came in to an empty restaurant with one staff working. He took 15 minutes to ring us through because he couldn't figure out how to redeem our gift card from the app. About 7 customers gradually came in behind us. As he was making our smoothies, we was also ringing in other customers and making their orders at the same time. I felt this was bad service as by the time we finally got the rest of our food, all other customers were served and it was 1 hour. There was multiple customers who also walked in because they couldn't wait any longer to be rung through.I feel for this staff as he shouldn't have been working alone but I think it's very rude to make us wait when we were here first. We wanted to drink our smoothies and eat our food at the same time... Not one at a time. We won't be coming back to this location.

Came to purchase multiple gift cards for the Christmas promotion. 20 minutes to close. The Google hours are wrong. Very disappointing
