Came here last night at 5pm for 3 smoothies, 2 wraps, 2 paninis and some power balls. We waited a full hour to get everything.We came in to an empty restaurant with one staff working. He took 15 minutes to ring us through because he couldn't figure out how to redeem our gift card from the app. About 7 customers gradually came in behind us. As he was making our smoothies, we was also ringing in other customers and making their orders at the same time. I felt this was bad service as by the time we finally got the rest of our food, all other customers were served and it was 1 hour. There was multiple customers who also walked in because they couldn't wait any longer to be rung through.I feel for this staff as he shouldn't have been working alone but I think it's very rude to make us wait when we were here first. We wanted to drink our smoothies and eat our food at the same time... Not one at a time. We won't be coming back to this location.

Save yourself some trouble and don’t come here anymore. New management hired all new staff with abysmal customer service. I remained friendly and cordial throughout, yet they disregarded my request for a power booster (I watched carefully the whole time). I brought it up twice, and again when they handed it to me without one. I didn't even get a response from the first woman. Who simply looked at the floor while I waited, urging her coworker to deal with the problem. after a few moments after being disregarded again, I asked politely but more firmly, pointing out her dismissal. Instead of just blending it in, she (directly in front of me) poured it back in without adding anything at all. Blended it. And handed it back to me with a cold stare and no apology . I thanked her and left. Totally dissatisfied, food was cold. Old staff don’t deserve to lose their jobs to these people. Seriously go somewhere else.

Went in tonight at around 5:30pm tonight with my wife and 2 children. When leaving and exiting with the stroller my wife hit a bump in the door and spilled her smooth all over the floor. The reason I’m upset is my wife asked for napkins and started to wipe the mess up as the 2 young girls stood behind the counter and watched with a “that sucks “ look on their face. I had to get at them to clean it up as we are standing in the cold with a baby and young child. I was a bit disappointed they never offered to make her another as well. They just stood there d*** founded they whole time.
