According to the receipt I should get a free whopper when I purchase small drink and fries and show them the code I got from last purchasing. But they just ignored their own policy and insisted to charge me for the whopper. Poor service! And the waiting time is so long! Your staffs need training for the policy and service!

Going downhill fast. They frequently forget or mistake orders leading to confrontational interactions every time I go. I'm sure the staff are trying their best but something is broken here. Today I had to get in the complaints line behind 3 other corrections and when it was my turn I had to convince them that I had even ordered at all. Go anywhere else and you'll be glad you did.

9$ for a whopper alone. Never going again. I hope they go out of business. What a rip off.
I asked for a whopper meal at the window and they said it doesn’t come as a meal. I then said give me a whopper with fries and a drink. They then asked if I wanted a meal. That’s what I asked for from the beginning. Very confusing. I’ve had Burger King and the whopper before many times at other locations and never an issue. This burger was not made good at all it was a mess. I’ll be eating my whoppers at other locations from here on.

One of the worst experiences with Burger King in Halifax.. ordered online, entered the store and was apporached by a girl called April, gave me my pop cup and in like 3 minutes indicated that one of my orders won’t be able to be done as they’re out of stock of the sauce bla bla bla.. with absolutely no apologies and high voice tone as if welling at me, offered to switch to another sandwich which is cheaper with the most rude attitude in the world . Ok so the sandwich I ordered has a more dollar value than what she offered .. very rude has no customer sensitive approach, when I tried to understand the issue she left the scene while me still speaking to her and not offering any solutions except you can refund through the app .. well tried to do so through the app but not working .. Long story short won’t step into this branch again unless they train that employee on how to offer proper customer experience without discrimination “kindness is contagious”

Why is the impossible whopper not vegan? Like what’s even the point of offering a veggie burger? Why not make it vegan and make vegans and vegetarians happy, instead of just vegetarians? What’s the point of the mayo not being vegan, or not using vegan cheese on it? Like…

My family and I went at around 1 pm and it was extremely busy. The manager on duty was doing a great job. She was helping get orders going out fast and ours was all made well.
