This place has gone down hill in the last year or so, I just paid 42 dollars for 2 pop, a large burrito and large quesadilla. The price didn't seem right but every now and then me and the wife crave it so I said whatever. Boy oh boy are we disappointed, does not taste the same, and the portioning is terrible. Over 40 dollars for 2 people to eat I'd expect a lot better. Save yourself the trouble and march 20 feet down the sidewalk to Roy's restaurant and have an enjoyable experience.

Was in tonight at 7pm and the employee working was such a genuinely nice guy. Which is hard to come by these days. He was so accommodating and the food was truly amazing. Honestly we had steered away from Burrito Jax in the last few years as the food had gone down hill but not tonight. We are glad we came back. You could tell he took pride in his job and was happy to be there. Good people make good food. Thanks man!

We ate here this evening in the last hour of their service and the man working was incredibly hospitable and was very friendly and patient with my 5 year old son! This is sometimes a rare occurrence with kids and it was greatly appreciated this evening. I hope he is recognized for his efforts.

This place went really downhill. Portion sizing sizing is absolutely horrendous. I used to get a burrito and it would make me feel full now I leave hungry. I’m sick and tired of having to ask for more vegetables, etc. I have Even offered to pay more. Typically my experiences at burrito jax are phenomenal, the people are nice, I get my moneys worth. Yesterday however was a different story.
My friend bought 2 burrito bowls and one large burrito, and it was $60. The person working there tried to give me 3 tomato chunks, 4 green pepper chunks and 3 pieces of corn,(which is actually very accurate, I had in total after asking multiple times maybe 14 pieces of corn. It was ridiculous. If you’re spending 60$ on food you expect to get normal sized portions.) in the moment, when I asking for a decent amount he was huffing and puffing and getting mad at me.
Typically, they give you your moneys worth, yesterday was insanely under the norm. It’ll be a while until I return, and if I do go and he’s there, turning around and leaving.
