Last two times I’ve been here have put a bad taste in my mouth. As someone who has been getting the veg burrito bowl for years and from various locations, I was surprised how significantly the portion sizes have decreased but prices have inflated. I’ve even been getting it from this location several times in the past few months since I’ve moved to the area. I told myself I wouldn’t be back but tonight thought I would give it another go. I walked in at 7:45 PM (not realizing it was closing at 8 PM) as all signage was on/lit and door unlocked. I was told they were “closed” and expected to leave. I won’t be back this time.

This is the BEST Burrito Jax location! The staff are fantastic and so friendly, the portions are great and we never leave hungry.Wheelchair accessibility: Close to crosswalk and wheelchair parking. No stairs.

Like an idiot, I walked into this place seven minutes before closing a couple days ago. (Didn't realize they closed at 7:30 on Sundays.) However, the gentleman working was super friendly and didn't seem peeved at all that I interrupted his closing tasks. When I realized he was getting ready to close, I told him I'd cancel my order or change it to something easier to make, but he insisted that I get what I came in for. He whipped up a delicious custom burrito and was incredibly friendly the whole time I was there. Great food, great staff. Will be back.

I order a quesadilla from Burrito Jax on DoorDash from the Sackville location almost every day. A quesadilla comes with 1 pico and 1 sour cream plus I always order 2 extra sour cream. But unless I call them and remind them to put pico and sour cream in the bag, I don’t receive pico or sour cream. I called them and reminded them to not forget my pico and sour cream 5 days in a row so on the sixth day, I figured they should remember by now, so I didn’t call them and again I did not receive my pico and sour cream. So now I call them every single time I order because I want to make sure that I receive my pico and sour cream but today when I called, the guy was extremely rude, cut me off in the middle of my sentence and hung up on me. I no longer support this location and I will never be ordering from here again.

I’ve been here twice and for my first time the staff were SO helpful with burrito recommendations! I was like a fish out of water, I had no idea what to get. The gentleman helped me out and made me the best burrito ever! I got the messy pork burrito! I just came back today and he was there and even remembered my order to a TEE and was so friendly again! I’m actually still in here waiting for it to cook while I write this review. I just loooovveeee this place! They’re so friendly :) I’ll keep coming back! I would give the employees 10 stars if I could! LOVE BURRITO JAX AND LOVE YOUR STAFF :)
The place was in horrible shape, the food was mediocre and one small scoop of meat is all you get for a burrito bowl but the worst part was the "kids meal" for 6 plus dollars my son received the smallest tortilla I've ever seen. Not joking it was smaller than half the size of my hand. Not impressed.

This is going to be an entire overhaul of my review, since it has changed significantly since I used to come here frequently. At once, this used to be my favourite place to go. I used to constantly recommend this place to my friends, and I was always so happy with the food and the politeness of the staff.I will most likely never be returning to this location ever again, after my wife and I came to pick up some food for the family. Staff were both not paying attention, and got the entire order wrong while constantly checking their phones. I can forgive mistakes, but I can't forgive not wearing gloves in a food handling environment, mixing all the condiments together with your bare hands, and worst of all, finding an inch long piece of broken off steel inside of my wife's food.This is beyond unacceptable. What a waste of an order, and money.You got all those good years out of me B.J. since you opened, but your staff now has no communication skills, or food safety skills.
