I had an incredibly frustrating experience with the staff regarding my online order. Not only did they refuse to fulfill it, but they were also rude! It’s unacceptable to treat customers this way, and I left feeling disheartened and frustrated. I won't be returning, and I hope management takes steps to improve their customer service.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with this place. I placed a pick-up order and sent my brother to collect it, but the server, whose name is Khalid, refused to give him the order, despite him showing all the necessary screenshots and the order ID. Khalid then insisted that my brother bring me to the shop to collect the order in person. Since I was at the hospital, I couldn’t do that. I had to leave my wife there and come to the shop myself. And now, after all of that, Khalid is still refusing to give me my order! This is the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. I will never be returning, and I would advise others to avoid this place at all costs.

I had a terrible experience at this location. The cook preparing the burgers was not wearing a cap or hair net, which is a basic hygiene requirement. Worse, he wasn’t wearing gloves and was touching products without washing his hands. He used the same hands to handle both vegetables and meat, raising serious concerns about cross-contamination. When I politely mentioned this, he became defensive and started yelling at me instead of addressing the issue. This kind of behavior and lack of hygiene is unacceptable. I will not be returning.

Really disappointed with the quantity of chicken popcorns, cost around 12 dollars and got very little popcorns, I could have get a meal from any other restaurant in the same price.
