Good evening , extremely slow service tonight , there was a young gentlemen absolutely working his tail off , but the other two were working at sloth speed with a line back to the door . Got a poutine to bring home to my wife and it was literally less than half full? Picture doesn’t even do it justice , 1/3 the amount of fries there normally are . Disappointing.

I go to this Dairy Queen location quite often . There is a cashier there , not sure of a name but she’s got blonde hair a nose ring , a septum and a tattoo on her arm. Let me tell ya she is amazing!! Every time I go in she makes me feel welcome and is so kind and always greets with a smile on her face . I genuinely think she should get a raise , or a pay bonus because her customer service is truly outstanding!

Bathrooms where not clean, garbage left on tables, uniforms of most workers dirty. Busy place, lots of ice cream cake selection and outside sitting area is nice.

Got my dog a plain ice cream to celebrate good news from our vet. She enjoyed it very much!

Over 18$ for a 6 piece chicken strip combo and you get almost no fries. Not to mention they were old and dried out. For the price you'd think they'd make sure the scoop was full.

Very disappointing... Was craving a famous DQ hot fudge Sundae today after family meal. We got the ice cream part but barely any hot fudge.

Customer before me got a banana split, I ordered 2 banana splits . His made very well . Mine made by another staff member was a sloppy mess . Showed the customers compared to mine to a staff member, her response was “yours is just melted”. I hadn’t even left the counter yet for them to melt ! Discusting . The staff member who made mine simply pushed it toward me and walked away . Nope , not going there again !

food is great, don’t get me wrong. but i shouldn’t have to wait in line for 20 minutes for my order to be taken. nor waiting another 20 to get my food. you don’t need 3 people on ice cream at once. you should always have someone at the counter taking orders.

All of the tables were filthy, an employee who was an older woman refused to give me more than one ketchup packet even when I offered to pay for extra and called me a greedy pig under her breath as she walked away. The bathrooms had no water and there is no ketchup dispenser so you can only get ketchup from the stingy employees

They are so arrogant and incompetent at there work that if you are making a order at least say it politely that please wait we are finishing it instead they just choose to ignore with a stare like what kind of uncomfortable environment they are creating at there workplace no greetings no politeness worst experience

I love how the French Silk Pie blizzard came out, I got it once, and then never again because they haven't had pie pieces pretty much all month.
I dunno what the hold up is to restock it, but it's pretty annoying wanting a blizzard of the month to be told No because they just never got the ingredient back.
