They are so arrogant and incompetent at there work that if you are making a order at least say it politely that please wait we are finishing it instead they just choose to ignore with a stare like what kind of uncomfortable environment they are creating at there workplace no greetings no politeness worst experience

I love how the French Silk Pie blizzard came out, I got it once, and then never again because they haven't had pie pieces pretty much all month.
I dunno what the hold up is to restock it, but it's pretty annoying wanting a blizzard of the month to be told No because they just never got the ingredient back.

We walked in & there was nobody at the counter ready to take our order. 15 minutes later we walked into the kitchen to get somebody’s attention & a young lady pokes her head around the corner & then a man comes out with her, they take our order using the excuse that they were taking out garbage. Although we heard them talking out back prior. Very disappointed with the service and attitude of these workers & our blizzards were overly saturated with cocoa & barely edible.

I have a had several unique ice cream cakes decorated here. I am always so impressed by the talents of the decorator. She seems to be able do anything I come up with. She's done a Mario cart one and a Mexican taco person all in great detail with gel and all have been amazing. Thank you!
