Had good service and food around lunch time. They were not that busy and got food quickly and we were checked on often. The cheese stick pizza and burgers were very good.

I had the best smoked meat sandwich on rye bread with caraway seeds, at Freeman’s Little New York, since I left New York. I also had a Greek salad which was awesome. The service was wonderful and I highly recommend this restaurant.

I admit I am not the hugest fan of this place, though I do like the Steak and Pickle Pizza. I decided to give the Peanut butter bacon burger a try.
Description- BUTTER BACON BURGER
Slathered with chipotle & peanut butter, topped with crispy bacon, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato & onion. I asked for no onion and went with sweet potato fries for the side. Was it slathered in Chipotle and peanut butter, I'd say no. I didn't really taste the chipotle sauce but the burger as a whole was not dry, I just expected it to be a lot of sauce from the peanut butter and chipotle. It was pretty decent. I have had others that have been better, but it is still something I would order again. The sweet potato fries were the best part. Good portion and they were good, they came with the curry mayo.
As for service, they were definitely busier than usual and only 2 people running. Drinks were slow. I was asked my food order 3 times. We did end up moving tables. So then our bills were also a mess, but we got it figured out.

I went with a seniors group to an open mic. The service was good considering the amount of people to serve. The chocolate cheese cake was delicious. Everyone seemed to enjoy their meals. Started off with good older music but then the songs and singers were not the best.

I recently tried Freeman’s New York Style Pizza in Sackville, Nova Scotia, and I was genuinely impressed. The crust was thin and crispy just like you’d hope for in a proper New York slice, and the toppings were fresh and generously layered. The atmosphere had a cozy, laid-back vibe that made it easy to settle in and enjoy the meal. I also tried their garlic fingers—which were unreal—and the dipping sauce was spot on. While the place got a bit busy and service slowed down at times, the food more than made up for it. Overall, it’s a great local spot when I’m craving comfort food with big flavor.

Food (breakfast grill) was great and so was our waiter. I had no idea it was a chain, and I'll be back for sure to try something else.

I ordered late at night via Doordash (expecting poor quality that most restaurants have at this time). It was honestly the best chicken fingers and fries I've ever had! Will definitely order again.
