Got the duo meal. My sub was hard and could hardly bite into it. Didn’t follow instructions and added all veggies to it. And all of sudden there is hardly any meat on it. This is my favourite pizza store but it seems to be getting worse

As always it was a great experience with this greco location. Even though Halloween night was way too busy as it should be for this place, I'm happy that the food quality and customer service was awesome as always. No doubt I had to wait for a little more than half an hour for my big order but I really appreciate how all the employees went up and down to satisfy all the customer's needs. A big shout out for the whole greco sackville team. Keep the good work going 👍

Well I went on Halloween and waited in store for my food and when I got it home the pizza was burnt .. I usually am not one to complain about things on a busy night but having previous pizza shop experience there needs to be a better system in place. The customer service was lovely despite having to wait almost 40 mins in store for my order

Ordered takeout, went to pick up 30mins later. Didn't get my pizza for another 45 minutes. 1:15 minutes to get a medium and a large. No sauce for the fingers either. Won't be back.

I decided to stop in at Greco's in Lower Sackville. We have lived here now for 3 years, in the past Greco was our go to establishment in NB. When we moved here we continued to order from Greco but it wasn't the same as the past and customer service was non existing. So stopped in to give it another try, the gentleman who took my order(Kamal), went out of his way to provide some assistance when purchasing 3 medium pizzas. I saved well over half the price on the pizzas from his help, they also have amazing cauliflower gluten free pizza which is highly recommended. So after chatting with Kamal, he mentioned Greco was under new ownership. I asked him if he was part of it and he mentioned he was the owner. He takes pride in offering amazing customers service and not worrying about the bottom line. Going out of his way to offer great service he will manage to get lot more customers and the bottom line will follow. So if you're looking to get into buying pizzas or subs, garlic fingers in Lower Sackville this establishment is your best value and awesome taste.

This is the only Greco that I’ve had consistently good food, service and overall experience. Every single time I’ve been here they are very nice and efficient and my food is always correct and tastes amazing. 100% recommend!
This is my favorite place to get pizza. Keep doing what you are doing. The place is looking great, undergone New management with the past few weeks. Very friendly staff. Definitely will be back
