The have a gluten free menu, a family member with celiac wanted pizza, this seemed like a good option. When the pizza was picked up, they were told that a regular pizza was substituted because "they had no gluten free". I took the pizzas back to the store 10 mins later and was told the store could now make the gluten free pizza. This seems very odd. They did refund the money. Tried to follow up with customer service, the Owner and District manager were non communicative. We took our business elsewhere. I recommend you do the same.

On a weeknight at 630 we walked in to place an order and was told a 40 minute wait. Lots of oeople were coming in asking for slices but they were told no. This restaurant is very dirty. All the surfaces look like they haven't been wiped down in a long time. Looking into the kitchen there was a garbage can over flowing. Looks like they are very understaffed.

Terrible customer service, pizza was an hour late even being started. They were not overly busy just lazy and slow. Ignored my self and 4 others the whole time we were waiting. Never given a reason on why. And to make it all more aggravating some how it was ice coldwhm I got home on a 2 minute drive.

It is our after-church get away ... the fish n chips is the best option to get here.It's prepared fresh... we love the chops here ... and the fish actually has a muscle and less batter ...

Wish I could give 0 stars for this locationOrdered last night simple pepperoni and garlic fingers. Rubbery, dripping with grease, smelled like chemicals (still smells like chemicals). Called for a refund today and the guy claims(who was working lastnight) the delivery driver tampered with the pizza because all 200 pizzas ordered during the daytime were "perfect" which makes mine perfect by proxy?Refused to refund, blamed me for the pizza being bad, said I shouldnt have eaten it all. I didnt -- Its all in the original boxes still BECAUSE IT WAS INEDABLE. Hung up on me twice when asked for the owners email to contact for a refund.Tasted/smelled like someone cleaned the oven 1hr before close and didnt remove all the residue. gross food, degenerate behavior towards customers.edit: refunded by courier except I asked them to NOT refund the delivery cost since it was not the drivers fault.

was a great location to order our fav Greco food from weekly, however new staff brought in make a million mistakes, store is usually not willing to send out the correct items, will offer you something off next order, and then on next order they will not honor it. GET IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. Seems like the indians working here think they are better than everyone they serve!!!

Go to buy dinner at 9 pm on September 27th. It tastes terrible. The fish is very salty and the French fries are all black. The hamburger has a lot of sugar in it. The waiter's attitude is very bad. It seems that Indians have a self-imposed superiority and look down on customers. Never eat here again. The main reason is the waiter's bad attitude!

Just ordered 2 orders of fries. We got less than one. Was overcharged and he didn’t understand what we were talking about. Not a good experience after 20 minutes of waiting for 5 fries. Also, we went there because it said they sold English style fries. Total lie.
