Habaneros Modern Taco Bar

My boyfriend and I usually come to habaneros to get burritos because we like the taco beef there, but the past few months we’ve had a couple issues ordering from there. Our first issue was from uber they gave us the complete wrong meal and when we went back they told us there was nothing that they could do, even though we brought back the untouched meal with the receipt for the right order. We just had an issue today where we ordered off them through uber, and there was no sour cream option and also no place to put a note. So we thought we would call them to let them know we wanted sour cream. After calling eight times they did not answer once and even had the audacity to hang up a call and ignore us completely. 10 out of 10 do not recommend. Absolutely horrible experience.

When this location first opened it seemed fine, but every time returning its only gotten worse. It's my own fault for going back, I guess.
Last purchase was two large bowls. Drove home and it was pretty much two bowls of rice and some veggie. that's not acceptable for the $$$ it costs to eat here.
It's unfortunate because Habaneros is usually great, but this location has let me down.

If they are closed you should be able to order on line. My order was taken credit card charged (waiting to see if it gets reversed) Was having it delivered and then the delivery was suddenly cancelled. I can imagine the delivery driver was just as surprised too when they went to pick it up and the place was closed. If you’re closed, have your website shutdown so you can’t order online.

Wayyyyyy overpriced and not very tasty. Gone wayyy downhill since the brand started. Mucho BURRITO in Sackville is 10x better, cheaper and bigger quantity! Won't ever be back to any Habeneros again.

Been to lots of habaneros and never had a bad experience. Moved to lower sackville back in September and this was the closet habaneros to us currently. We went once and my partner and I both got burrito bowls and there was barley anything in it. They were extremely skimpy on the toppings.. usually I can’t ever finish a large burrito bowl but I was still very hungry after eating it. We decided to give it another chance tonight and the exact same thing. One spoonful and you can see the bottom of the container. I never like to complain but seeing as though any other habanero I’ve been too there has never been a problem. Very disappointing and for that reason we will not be back again. It’s very convenient to us as it’s only a 3 minute drive but we would rather drive to Dartmouth now.

I went for the first time and was pleasantly surprised! The reviews are not good but I wanted to try it out for myself and I am glad I went. Staff was nice - we had no issues. I will go back.

I got a pulled pork burrito bowl. I never tried here but heard people with bad reviews. I wanted to try for myself. The bowl had surprising a lot of pulled pork. I never tried ginger carrots before but that added a good flavour to the bowl. They could have gone a bit lighter on the sauce though. The container was small so I thought it wouldn’t be filling but half way through I was full. There was good spice in the Mexican rice. Next time I will try going inside the restaurant. Cheaper than other burrito bowls in the area and you can dress it the way you want.

Worst Habenaros experience I've had, both burritos were burnt and they couldn't offer the replacement burritos to be toasted and they could refund my credit card. A oud this location at all costs. AND gave us bacon in a vegetarian poutine!

Just got delivery for a pork burrito. It was cold and not grilled or heated or anything. Guacamole now comes in a container that you have to dip your burrito in. Was not impressed.

My family ordered food from here for my father’s birthday. Food was soggy and seemed old? Quality was very bad. They forgot pretty much all of our sauces. No salsa, sour cream, or guacamole for nachos. I love all the other locations, I was so disappointed. I work in the service industry too so I am super understanding but this was just bad.

Did a mobile order for 4 items was 75$, went inside to grab my order and they handed me my food. Got Home over half the food is missing, when I called they said that I didn’t take the second bag and I said they never handed it to me “oh sorry”. Told them I’d like the order remade and when I show up it’s almost closed and they hand me the old food. never remade any of the food. You’re welcome for the great Cold Birthday dinner Dad!!
