I got a pulled pork burrito bowl. I never tried here but heard people with bad reviews. I wanted to try for myself. The bowl had surprising a lot of pulled pork. I never tried ginger carrots before but that added a good flavour to the bowl. They could have gone a bit lighter on the sauce though. The container was small so I thought it wouldn’t be filling but half way through I was full. There was good spice in the Mexican rice. Next time I will try going inside the restaurant. Cheaper than other burrito bowls in the area and you can dress it the way you want.

Worst Habenaros experience I've had, both burritos were burnt and they couldn't offer the replacement burritos to be toasted and they could refund my credit card. A oud this location at all costs. AND gave us bacon in a vegetarian poutine!

I went for the first time and was pleasantly surprised! The reviews are not good but I wanted to try it out for myself and I am glad I went. Staff was nice - we had no issues. I will go back.

Just got delivery for a pork burrito. It was cold and not grilled or heated or anything. Guacamole now comes in a container that you have to dip your burrito in. Was not impressed.

My family ordered food from here for my father’s birthday. Food was soggy and seemed old? Quality was very bad. They forgot pretty much all of our sauces. No salsa, sour cream, or guacamole for nachos. I love all the other locations, I was so disappointed. I work in the service industry too so I am super understanding but this was just bad.

Did a mobile order for 4 items was 75$, went inside to grab my order and they handed me my food. Got Home over half the food is missing, when I called they said that I didn’t take the second bag and I said they never handed it to me “oh sorry”. Told them I’d like the order remade and when I show up it’s almost closed and they hand me the old food. never remade any of the food. You’re welcome for the great Cold Birthday dinner Dad!!

I was a little thrown off by the fact that everything was cold and had to be microwaved, but it was nice and hot and didn't taste any different then it already being hot like other locations, absolutely delicious! Everything tasted just as it should, the veggies were fresh and crunchy and delicious as well.The staff is what was bland, and cold.. The only thing that was said to me the entire time I was there was "what can I get for you?" Not saying I need to hear your life story, but just be a little more personable and approachable for customers to enjoy their experience more.
The best fries in Sackville. My girlfriend always gets the Crispy Thai chicken burger and says its to die for, I always try a different burger and haven't had a bad one yet. Great service everytime I go in.Always made to order, in front of me with my choice of toppings.To all the other complaints about microwaved rice, Ive worked in restaurants across HRM.. EVERYONE microwaves rice and portioned meats.

I’ve always loved eating at other locations. I will NEVER be eating at the lower sackville location again. All the meat is cold, heated up in the microwave. They don’t even check to make sure it’s at proper temperature before continuing. The burrito was freezing cold, the rice was hard where it to us also heated up in the microwave. The cheese sauce that I pay extra for was watered down and transparent. Most definitely the worst experience I have ever had. Not to mention one of the lady’s there was rude. I asked for shredded cheese and she wouldn’t put it on until I said that I get the cheese sauce extra so the shredded cheese should not be charged.

Was a big fan of habeneros before eating here. First off all of their meat and rice are cold unlike other locations, and are heated up in the microwave and are still cold so my burrito bowl was cold, that’s not the worst part, I had a mouthful of what felt like sand, I looked down and saw that my green onions were FILLED with dirt and all the cilantro and lettuce was bad???????????? avoid this nasty location at all costs, can’t be bothered to wash or throw out their bad veggies!
