Been a valuable customer for years and I’ve never had an experience like I had the last time I ordered. Terrible customer service. The attitude that was given to me when I told them they messed up my order was unbelievable. I asked her when my order would arrive and was told it would get there when it gets there. Hung up on me and when I called back to tell her I didn’t appreciate her having an attitude and hanging up on me she snapped and said the delivery driver left 5 minutes ago he should be there have a good night and hung up on me again without letting me speak. Then I open the food and it ain’t even cooked and just slapped together. Ice cold food. Told to take it up with the owner if I’m unhappy. Please find another pizza store to order from because nobody deserves to be treated that way.

I usually order here on weekends during my lunch break. I always get their Garlic fingers which are delicious with a side of Donair and Pizza sauce. Great people and get the food ready in few minutes.

I ordered from Jessys today and unfortunately the food was horrible ! I'm so Disappointed! I ordered 20 un breaded wings and a large salad.
Was hoping to have some for supper and save the rest for lunch for work tomorrow. Unfortunately i couldn't even eat it. The delivery took over an hour and when i received my food the salad was literally warm from the wings being under the salad and in the same bag ... the wings were so dried out they were just simply not edible. Sad to say I wasted my money and ended up eating a can of chicken noodle soup. Thanks jessys !....

They got the last 4 simple orders wrong for delivery. Even when sending replacement orders they still screwed them up. We are DONE with Jessy's Pizza.

Disappointing. They said they had gluten free pita when I asked for my friend who is celiac. When he asked for a gluten free donair they said they didn't have them. My friend ordered a medium plate with meat without the bread. I ordered a small donair which came on a plate. Both of ours were overloaded with sauce which was like soup. The medium plate of meat had the same amount as the small plate. Overpriced and disappointing

customer service sucks....hour and 15 for natcho and wings so far...it is messy out but call me with a heads up guaranteed it won't even be warm
