Went for the two for one bucket deal. Chicken wasn't very good, lots of fat and gristle. Not sure what happened to the large pieces of chicken with lots of meat but they weren't in my bucket. Place was decorated nice for xmas which was refreshing. Staff seemed a bit overwhelmed and a few people were complaining their orders were wrong, but they were dealt with professionally.

Got extremely sick from this restaurant location. Lost over a week's wages at work, from raw chicken. Contacted campylobacter and Salmonella poisoning.... hey people clearly are not trained or supervised adequately....I bit into a burger and it was completely raw and knew immediately it was not cooked, and even though I never Ingested the food I became very ill....yet all they wanted to do was replace my meal....what makes you think I want more raw chicken.......don't worry though my lawyer is involved and I will get my refund and reimbursement for my lost wages and I'm willing to settle outside of a courtroom.

Nowhere is it posted that you have to pay online to receive the tender app deal. I downloaded the app placed the order online for pick up. Arrived at store and told do not qualify due to having to pay online. Staff not helpfull in fact yawning while talking to them
Almost every time I go I DON’T have a positive experience! The workers are inpatient and rude at the speaker and most times we don’t get straws with our drinks. We’re lucky our food was right THIS time but still no straws in our bag or given to us. I never used to have a problem with this location but lately it’s been NO GOOD! No wonder they are only 3 stars!

Best Kfc in town, I drive by one to goto this store. The staff are friendly and on the ball! Xavier seems to work alot but he's always great about answering questions and is always smiling. In this era of rotten customer service it's pretty refreshing to get good service! Food here is always fresh and satisfying. Great job guys!

This KFC is where time goes to die. I waited an ungodly amount of time today, only to watch people who ordered after me get served first—it’s like a twisted game they play to see how long they can push you before you snap.
If you enjoy your food cold and your patience tested, this place will serve you well—eventually.
