I ordered gluten free cake and paid deposit however when I went for pick up they forgot to bake the cake. I had even sent message as heads up before picking up the cake couple of hours before. Owner didn’t even replied or apologized for not baking the cake. It was the store lady who was apologetic but she was at no fault. One thing I know i can’t depend upon this shop in future.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. STAY AWAY from this business. Noticed this “Freedom Map” sign in their window. It took all of 2 seconds to google “save Canada” and discover that this bakery is supporting harmful, hateful and selfish ideologies, including but not limited to; freedom convoy protests and racist, anti-vaccination, anti-masking, anti-LGBTQ AND anti-abortion rhetoric. If you are a human-being who has empathy and actually cares about the wellbeing of ALL other humans (including those who are immunocompromised) then please DO NOT support this business and tell others to stay far far away.

We drove a total of 4 hours for a 75$ cake. Got it home for the birthday and opened to find the wrong cake. Sent an exact picture of the cake and when asked about it. Their answer was. Well we didn’t know you wanted that exact one. First one is what was sent. Second is what we got. Only no chocolate filling in the centre.and no caramel. The icing was very very buttery too. Not very much cocoa flavor

Today was my first of many to come visits. Absoutely amazing. Consistent product, great quality, great taste! My child was newly diagnosed in December as type 1 diabetic. It has been such a rollercoaster. There is NO other keto place in Nova Scotia that is actually reliable, knowledgeable and trust worthy. Thank you for what you do and providing a service that NO other person RELIABLY provides in this province.
