We have been going here since we moved to Sackville. We love the food (LOVE the egg rolls) and my daughter LOVES Amanda and Shelley. All the staff are great; Amanda and Shelley go above and beyond �

Terrible place closing the dining room random hours every night depending on how busy they are.... These words came from an employee when I called.

Exceptional dining experience. Food was delicious, reasonable price and large portions. The take home boxes, are unfortunately not so good and our let overs spilled on the way home ?

I’ve been going here probably 2-3 times a week for many years but i decided to stop. I’m tired of being put on hold and forgotten about or not being given everything I paid for and finding out when I get home. I like my meals a certain way and when something is missing I don’t enjoy it I pay money to get food I enjoy but when you call and there answer is to come back and get it ,a 20 min drive each way causing my food to get cold plus the extra gas money it cost and time to go back down. Wont deliver it , so their answe is to give me a store credit for the item I basically paid for already. What about my ruined meal Has happened more then once They all know me by name I don’t call and complain looking for extras or anything but if you screw up and ruin my meal make it right. Don’t just offer the customer what they have paid for the next time you come in. You just lost a good customer

The lower sackville location: Dishes were swimming in sauce. Barely edible and soggy. The Bedford location is excellent. Friends didn't believe it could be that much of a difference because we get meals from bedford all the time, so I ordered it. They all agreed.

Used to be our go to place for delivery. No more, food was terrible, no plum sauce for the egg rolls which is a staple. No soya sauce which they stated they do not include because they are too cheap. Called to complain about the lack of plum sauce and the dumb broad who answered the call said they would give us a free cup of plum sauce next order. Is that the way to make up and keep a good customer?? I think not! A lousy cup of plum sauce?? Stick that where the sun don't shine. You lost a good customer who orders frequently.

Prices have gotten outrageous here last time for me ill drive elsewhere to save 20 bucks 16.10 plus tax for an egg roll and chicken fried rice and 6 chicken balls 9 something plus tax at another place I understand food cost but I think it's just a little out of wack

Spare ribs were all fat couldn't eat them. No utensils as requested makes it difficult to eat a take out order. Pop warm. 4 small chicken balls, etc. Usually a good combo plate terrible tonight.
