I have never been disappointed by the Mezza team for going above and beyond. I host several catered Lunch & Learns through out the HRM and Mezza has been my go to. Today was the first time I utilized the Sackville location. My customers were thrilled will the delivery service, great tasting food and how seamless the process, they will be using this location for their future events. Thank you Mezza...I appreciate you and your team.

The lower sackville locations has the worse customer service . The two girls that work there I'm not sure if they have a clue. Don't place online order. They dont seem to no how to get the online order. Be quicker if you stand in line for 30 min. This is not this first time. No excuse an online ordee to take 30 min. Especially arriving to store to see 1 customer not busy. But you reminded me you on a break. Didn't no breaks where longer then 30 min. End of rant

The downfall of this place is the customer service. You pay $25 and the employees act like you’re inconveniencing them. The girl who took my order gave me a dirty look everytime I spoke. It’s like this at every location. It’s like a huge running joke in this province that mezza employees are like this. Sucks because the food is great. I would go more often if they people who worked there didn’t treat you like garbage

Mezza used to be good before it was franchised. They use the motto “eat like your family”, yet as they make your meal they measure and weigh every ingredient, shaking some of the food out if there is the slightest amount too much… my family doesn’t do that!?! Prices up, portion size and quality of food has gone down. The experience and atmosphere has gone downhill since franchising and Covid.

One if the worst mezzas I've been to. Asked for extra pickled turnip. She put 4 on ? I paid $22 for a bowl or it's an argument for more sauce . ... please stop being skimpy with your stuff.

Price is double. Quantity is shrunk. Just for two bites of wrap spending $12. In shawrma chicken wrap hardly 1-2 piece of chicken. Too expensive according to quantity. Need to focus on quantity of stuff.
