I came in yesterday evening for a takeout order and had the pleasure of being served by Ray - Ray's level of customer service is something that you don't see too often these days, he was friendly, efficient, and genuinely just a nice guy to deal with! I walked in tired, hangry, and cold, and left with a smile! Thank you Ray for such a great experience and we will definitely be back to this location!

I came in and ordered two pitas. A large chicken Caesar first and a small Buffalo chicken for my girlfriend. I didn't realize that the person behind had pulled out the small pita first, so I had ordered what I wanted on the Caesar by accident. I had mentioned to him that I had made the mistake, and asked if we can redo that one, to which he had replied "no they don't allow us to do that" I'm not blaming the person as I messed up on that, what if she had a serious allergy to what I liked on my pita? Will probably go elsewhere if that's a policy

Went to get pita pit an hour before close. The worker had the door locked and when we went to open it he shoo’d us away with his hand.

Ok. So I tried it again. This time a different location. I got there at opening. The menu wasn't lit. Nothing was ready. A young girl was there looking after it. It seemed like she might have been late? When she finished our wraps she said she couldn't toast them as the toaster wasn't ready. The lettuce and spinach were wilted. We were the first customers. I don't understand. Very disappointed.

What is going on Sackville? The lettuce is yellow! The pineapple is no name from a can that has no taste. There have been no cookies or pita chips made on my last two visits, and only 2 different kinds of potato chips available to make a meal. One employee working during the lunch hour is unacceptable. Very disappointing and while I’ve been a regular customer for years, I’m going to have to think about taking my business elsewhere.

Just picked up an order made through the app from the Sackville Dr location and both our pitas were AH-MAZING!Hands down the most well made pita I have had from Pita Pit in a decade! Ive been a Pita Pit customer for 20 years and both our pitas were made expertly with proper portions even with several special requests.Excellent job tonight Sackville team!!
