Was here for a walk in a couple months ago and they refused to serve cause they were busy. Just ordered a small Canadian and was charged just short of $20. Love the food but never coming back again

This was old school Pizza Hut quality, everything was prepared to perfection, it was hot, it was fresh, the toppings were on point, the girl taking care of everything did the dang thang!

Had been looking forward to Pizza Hut after not having it for ages, but was really disappointed. The pizza barely had any cheese or sauce… sad to see such an iconic brand fall so short..

Issues with past 3 deliveries. First two was the same play. Food is made and driver takes it, marks it delivered and calls to say he pressed delivered by accident and will be there in 10 minutes (shows up 25 minutes later). Tonight they forgot one of the items, we called the store and they apologized and said the driver will be here in 20 minutes. Nothing after an hour and a half and when we called back the told us the driver left with the food an hour and 15 minutes ago. Told the to keep it and give us our money back.
Also pretty clear they are farming positive reviews on google this week….

Pizza Hut Sackville is fantastic, even during busy weekends! Despite the hustle, the staff remains friendly and efficient, ensuring great service. Worst place ever. They cant even answer the phone to place an order. No answer at all the numbers u press. So I went in person. A few mins wait and I told them I waited and waited on phone and came in person. Another person waiting said same for her. Finally after 10 mins of 4 ppl staring at me..they stopped to see what I wanted. Said they were extremely busy and not answering the phone. Isn't that good service!!! Then proceeded to take my order and said a 55 min wait...personal size tiny pizza and 8 boneless bites. Said no thanks and left .
Went down the road to Randys pizza got waited on and 10 mins later our 3 large donairs and small salad was ready to go. I highly recommend u give ur business and hard earned money to ppl in Sackville to ppl who deserve it. Thank you Randys.

Good pizzas but they never have the orders ready when they say they are. In fact it's usually an additional 15-25 mins longer than they say. Way better places in Sackville to go for pizza that stay on track than that place...
