Worst experience the worker or manager would refuse to change the hand crust dough to a regular pan dough meanwhile the Lacewood one allows you to do that for pizza of the day

Came in to order a few pizzas tonight for the family. This might be the friendliest Pizza Hut I’ve ever been to in all my travels through Canada Canada whoever was working today at 10:44 PM. The two workers in there are phenomenal and extremely friendly. Great job guys keep it up.

So I ordered on july 5th around 9:30pm pizza was disgustingly made it was overcooked on top of that i find hair in my pizza it was tiny hair also it happened twice of course because none of the staff wearing beard net never gonna order from this location again

Unprofessional staff this was the worst experience with me. Yesterday I went to the store to have chicken strips and boneless bites. They said me to wait for 10-15 min. I said ok and sit on the chair after 20 min I asked for my order and they said another 10 more minutes. They keep on preparing order . 5to 6 customers who came after me received their order and left. Finally when I asked they said if you want you can cancel your order. At last I received my order after exect 50 min. I don’t know whether they don’t like my face or they don’t care or respect for others time

I have no idea why they refuse to let you order anything in person....they just tell you to order it online and come back after.....if I walk in to order a god damn pizza don't tell me to leave and order it on my phone and come back. Take my damn order. But they sure have no issues asking for a tip when you do all the work yourself!
