It's a Pizza Pizza, so rating the atmosphere seems ridiculous.
The Medium Pan-Crust Pepperoni pizza I picked up was undercooked. It was just enought to have melted the cheese, but the crust was still pretty doughy. It's been a while since I ordered from Pizza Pizza and I don't think I'll be ordering from this location again.
I cut a notch out so you can see the undercooked texture. The bottom of the crust was golden, but soft. Ended up tossing some pieces in the oven for a bit but it didn't help much.

Very bad customer service. Never accepts their mistake and blames customers. In fact if you complain to Pizza Pizza corporate the store owner will call you and says “if you do not like our pizza then do not order again”. Nova Scotia etiquettes is changing.

Me and My friend Mataeo called to get a pizza ordered to our living space 10 mins away and they said it’s too far!!! You literally have to be next door to get your pizza delivered! Go to randys!!!!!!!!!

As an Uber Eats delivery driver, I always strive to deliver orders on time and maintain professionalism in my work. However, my repeated experiences with this Pizza Pizza location have been frustrating and disappointing, mainly due to the owner's rude and uncooperative behavior. The first time I went to pick up an order here, the owner told me to wait a few minutes. After I patiently waited, he suddenly told me – in an aggressive and disrespectful manner – that he wouldn’t be giving me the order. This unnecessary confrontation wasted my time and affected my delivery performance. I left a review to express my experience, to which the owner publicly apologized, stating it wouldn’t happen again. However, the next time I received another delivery request for this store and went there, the owner confronted me harshly, asking why I came back after leaving a bad review. He again refused to give me the order and spoke in a very rude and unprofessional tone, which not only wasted my time but again affected my ability to work and serve the customer properly. This is not just my personal experience. Several other Uber Eats delivery drivers I know have had similar negative interactions with this same owner. I’m committed to doing my job well and with respect, but it's extremely difficult when store owners like this treat delivery drivers with such disregard and hostility.

Got pizza for dinner last night...Thought I'd try Pizza Pizza,so glad I did .The gentleman taking my order was very helpful in my decision. Very generous with the toppings .It was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend.
