I had heard good things about this place, however, when I last frequented this establishment the food tasted like reheated frozen food, and the atmosphere was way too loud. Music was blaring and then people shouting at each other in order to hear over the music.I definitely prefer being able to hear the person sitting next to me or across the table, and having food that I wouldn't make at home.If you enjoy loud places and are out just for the social aspect then this would be a good place to go. If you are looking for authentic southern food, or want something that you wouldn't make at home, I'd suggest staying away.Bottom Line:Everyone has different tastes and this just wasn't up my alley. I would suggest looking at the menu and website before making your final decision. Stop by, even, and see if the atmosphere is tolerable for you.

Pretty good overall. Food was a little longer wait even though there wasn't many people. But to be expected with the shortage of people these days. Eating there many times and has always been goof.
Great experience here today, especially compared to the past. Last time I went (years ago) the service was slow (short staffed), the food was not great, bathrooms were dirty, most things broken like the tvs and table dividers. This time it looked great and everything was working. They have new ownership and the staff couldn’t say enough good things about them and what a better environment it is there. Food was great and staff very friendly. Glad that Sackville has a great St Louis now, as it’s one of my favourite restaurants and I was disappointed when it first opened years ago. Amazing difference.

I was down here at the bar, but to be honest I was out back with the dogs playing in the snow ❄️ .Can't afford to eat out very often but I was there about a year ago lol and I think it was great. Actually, my wife met her dad there for the first time in 30 years and the staff was amazing and very helpful. I have already started to save and will bring my wife back and see how things are with the food and staff. !!! Thanks, ya'll

Went for a Date night with my wife on Friday. We arrived to a welcome and the waitress was very friendly. We ordered 2 lb of wings and the deep fried cauliflower. The place wasn't busy I want to say that. One of the female staff was more concerned with flirting with some guy at the bar than anything else. Anyhow our food came uncooked. The wings were still raw in the middle and the cauliflower wasn't cooked either. The waitress came over and we showed her. She apologized and took the food away asked if we would want anything else we said no and payed for our drinks and left. Good way to poison someone. Sadly we won't be back.

Experienced the same as other recent reviewers. Waited a long time for food when there may have been only 4-5 tables, yet barely saw the servers.Maybe short staffed in the kitchen? When I finally did get my food (ribs), it was somehow not warm.Unfortunately this has been my experience all 3 times I've gone. I think I've learned my lesson and next time won't say "ahh let's give them another chance, it's been awhile...".

We were there on family day and it was not busy. We waited 45 for our drinks then one of the guest was told they didn't have his beer. We were informed only one cook so our food would be slower everyone finally got there food and one had to wait for fish and chips. In one of the meals there was a frozen fry. When I received my bill I was charged full price even though I specified numerous of times we were ordering off the lunch meal when brought to his attention it took another 20 mins to get new bill. This was a reservation so if they were aware were going to be understaffed should have let us know.
Boneless chicken was basically rubber. Only saving grace was the fries. 10/10 won’t order again.

The all you can eat wings was bad. The wings taste cheap and are chewy. They are barely coated in sauce. The sauces themselves are not great either from the ones I tried. The fries that come with it are decent though.
