I was asked if I wanted fresh mozzarella or the white cheddar. Didn't find out until after I paid and looked at the receipt that it was almost $4 extra. Way too much for just a different kind of cheese, and there wasn't any warning that it was extra.

Ordered the Shawarma Chicken Wrap online for pickup. It was ready when promised, however, the chicken in the wrap is extremely salty and the rice very gritty and hard to chew. This wrap could be really good if the salt tamed down and perhaps the rice washed better before cooking.

Terrible service. Ordered online. Said it would be done in 20 min. I was there in 20 min, notified them I was there through the app as I had done many times before.. They were not busy. Food was not prepared. 5 min later finally prepared but no one brought it out. Finally went in 15 min later and on my way in someone was bringing out the garbage...find another fast food place....
Note this not the first time I've experienced bad service with them... Just the last time.
It's also frustrating when the manager trys to gas light you instead of looking to resolve the issue.

Quality is great. The quantity is inconsistent. Ordered same rice bowl two different days and two different servers. Service was great but again, quantity was noticeable smaller.

This Subway is one of the better ones. I go here once a week or so and they always make a great sandwich. I find this particular subway makes your sub well enough that you can eat it in your car without making a huge mess.There's a girl there who has a bunch of tattoos that is super on the ball. As soon as I walk in she already knows what I'm getting and has it started.One downside is price, the price of Subway has gone up significantly over the past few years so expect to pay $20-$30 per person.Overall the service is great and the bathrooms are clean. Yes, it's not a Gnome review without the bathroom check and they pass.
Subway at this particular location is always a good option. Staff were great but there appears to be a constant turnover. Food is great sandwich and staff are generous respecting sandwich makeup.

They were in the middle of a really big order and were not at all phased about me coming in in the middle of it. They immediately stopped and made my sandwich - and made it well!!

I had recently gone in for a craving and to my surprise I was happy to see a specific guy working. He made the best subs for me after over a year's hiatus from eating Subway! I think he might be the best sandwich Artist in the area (After myself during my career with Subway). A huge thanks and 5 stars to Cobequid.
