Guy working on cash super slow zero communication with customers
What’s with the no fountain pop scam, trying to get ppl to pay for bottles , they have all the fountain pop stuff here hit it just is automatically not working all the time becuase they clearly don’t want too have it working or it would be working by now.

I’ve noticed that the quality and freshness of the food is going down at this location. I ordered a peanut stir fry. There were almost no veggies and was very little sauce. The veggies that were present were not sufficiently cooked (huge chunks of raw onion) or did not seem fresh - the few mushrooms that were included had brown slimy spots. Even the rice didn’t seem fresh. Disappointing to have paid over $15 for what is more or less a box of stale rice.

Ordered a pad see ew just a lil while ago first of all the worst tasting one for some reason out of all branches, and OH GOD it gave me stomach pain for 3 hours straight please avoid this branch absolutely horrible and you will have to deal with stomach pain right after
I ordered spicy Pad See Ew for takeout from their discovery menu. What I discovered was that they used no spice at all. It was sweet and bland. The place was not at all busy, so no chance for mixup between orders — I was the only customer. The person cooking seemed to have to take directions from the cashier.
There were zero condiments where there once was peanuts and lime. It looks like they are still offered when they feel like it, because there were plenty of the little plastic cups, but nothing to put in them.
I intended to return the food and ask for a replacement, which is inconvenient, so I couldn't go for a few hours. Meanwhile, someone else in the house ate it before I could make the return. They also commented on how bland it was.
I've been going to other Thai Express locations like Halifax Shopping Centre, Sherway Gardens and Pearson Terminal One, for years. They are usually very good and consistent from location to location. In fact, my son, who has been to Thailand a few times, has said that their food is actually among the better Thai he has had in Canada. But not at this location. I found out that my family ordered from here about a month ago when I was away and they said it was a bag of disappointment then too. We will not be back.
I’ve ordered the pad se ew from many different locations of Thai Express, and the one from sackville just tasted awful. Avoid this location if possible!
Had a very rough weekend suffering through food poisoning after ordering here on Friday, May 2. Steer clear if you value your health.
Service was mediocre at best, and the food actively tried to kill me. Would give zero stars if possible. Go somewhere else.
Was here today ordered my normal green curry it was great. The thing I didn’t appreciate was when I went to pay for my meal I added a bubbly drink when they run it up it came up as real leaf which is an iced tea and they charged me 4.00 just for the drink which no way would bubbly be 4.00 a can, and the way the rung it up so nonchalantly just goes to show the shady side of the business. I’m sure I’m not the only one. Imagine how many other people they’ve done this to.
Better pad thai than authentic places

Main dish are great!
The only problem I have is paying 7$ for that mango salad… Two bowls didn’t even make half of a mango and 6 slice of red bell pepper…

We had a Thai poutine (yes, really) and it was glorious. The spice mixed well with the gravy, and coated everything evenly. The fries were crispy and hot. The cheese was standard. 9/10

This place has always been consistently good. However, my pad thai today was a little off. It normally has long noodles and fresher bean sprouts and the sauce was better. Hopefully it was a new cook.
I don't know what is going on with my favorite restaurant, The food is going down, And the workers are very slow., This saddens me because I love this restaurant.
