Everything was great, but I would have appreciated my food in a bag. I picked up a mobile order, my wrap was left in the pickup area open to any cross contamination. And since I had 2 drinks, having a tray available would have helped as well. This location is pickup only, no seating. My order should be served as a take out order. Aside from that, I have no complaints. Thank you

First, they said they had no cappuccino at first and we ordered americano, then we waited about 20 minutes with my family (we were at drive-thru) then when we got to the window, than they said that they had no americano either so we had to leave witout a coffee. The worst tims i have ever been too.

Every time I go I always witness great customer service even if other people are mean to the order takers they take it well and continue doing a great job! This will always be my go to Tim hortons, especially for the breakfast sandwiches!

It was horrible. It took us almost 20 minutes just to get our food and when we got to the second window, (we were in the drive-thru) they didn't have our food ready, we ordered 2 breakfast sausage, coffee and a orange juice. And they tried to give us 2 coffees and a orange juice. and the food, do not get me started, i think they got egg shells in the egg, because it was crunchy.
This is the only way I know how to comment about the coffee , last 9 coffee I received tasted diluted with water or something , day or night it don’t rly matter what time. Please fix this issue so I don’t need to go to esso Tim’s please and thanks. Thanks ! 👌
