Im giving 5 star to the canadians coffee shop. But foreiegn workers, not all of them but 1 of them is unprofessional and disrepectful. Not just that, one of them used their hand to get the pastry. Please use gloves. Another thing is insects inside the bakery display. Another thing is, the floor is disgusting, please mop the floor.

I had a disappointing experience today. I ordered a French Vanilla but received a double-double. I also asked for a warm croissant with butter, but it was given to me cold without butter. I hope the staff at the counter can pay more attention, because mistakes like this really affect the customer experience. The Indian staff always do a great job, but today the service was not good.

I walked into this gas station tins to pick up my mobile order. I got a receipt that said NO double underlines. No refunds, no option for alternative. This is after being told they don't serve you without a car and when asked when counter does get served. I was told when she wants. Wild type of workers to have. Still not sure how an inside a gas station doesn't serve people unless they own a vehicle.

Says it's open 24 hours but that is just the drive thru. staff post signs stating counter is closed, wether or not that's ligit is questionable

Everything was great, but I would have appreciated my food in a bag. I picked up a mobile order, my wrap was left in the pickup area open to any cross contamination. And since I had 2 drinks, having a tray available would have helped as well. This location is pickup only, no seating. My order should be served as a take out order. Aside from that, I have no complaints. Thank you

The older lady who works overnight is ignorant and rude, acts like she has the toughest job in the world and complains about her employer constantly.

I had a great experience at Tim Hortons today Gaumzee was absolutely fantastic , he was polite, friendly, kind and sweet and made sure everything went smoothly. The service was quick, my order was perfect. Everything was great from start to finish

First, they said they had no cappuccino at first and we ordered americano, then we waited about 20 minutes with my family (we were at drive-thru) then when we got to the window, than they said that they had no americano either so we had to leave witout a coffee. The worst tims i have ever been too.
