I love this place, I always feel like family as soon as I walk in! Everybody is super kind and attentive. I don’t think they’ve gotten my order wrong once. It’s also very clean!

The last time I was in I got to speak with somebody named Ricki, who was one of the easiest people I’ve had the pleasure of speaking with! 10/10

My husband was there this morning and the girls at the counter was very rude and condescending because he didn't know how to use an app to order food properly. He left there very embarrassed and upset. I would like to say this was the first time with ride staff at this location but it wasn't. Disappointing.

Went there this morning oh 7 ish and had to wait and wait for them to stop chatting with the vehicle in front of me. I then honked the horn and finally they moved. I told them at the window I didn't have time for them to socialize as I had to be too work. I stopped near the tire inflator only to look back and see an employee giving me the middle finger. I then went inside to ask why she gave me the finger she lied said she was waving it to say no no no. LoL after this I noticed all the employees seem to think it was so so funny. Absolutely disgusting service and treatment of customers that keep you all employed. Oh then there's the whole get my order wrong 50 percent of the time because they can't of don't understand English. But hey owners get 2 Indians for 1 canadian because the government subsidizes then.

Let me guess....from India on a fake student visa, salary subsidised at 70% and barely speaks english. Had to make her repeat seveeal times!!
The whole chain is like that. You should be ashamed!! I wish you had a direct competitor. Btw I hope you loose the class action lawsuit
