I came in to get a chai tea latte. First, hey didn't have it. Then i ordered vanilla latte, and it was made very poorly, not even hot.

A recent experience was not good. I was treated disrespectfully by a patron outside one night, then a staff person continued on along with the same attitude a couple of days later. That person spoke as if she didn't need to care about repercussions. I don't know the reason for the aggressive/nasty attitudes. I'm guessing they might've assumed that I was a panhandler. I just happened to be having my muffin and tea outside off to the side of the entrance, leaning against the salt bags that at that time were blocking the walkway, because the inside tables had been removed. I wanted to rest a bit before walking the rest of the way home. I walk by there daily. I won't be buying anything from in there again. I'm a hardworking person who deserves to be treated with respect regardless of who or what others think I am. "Look who's here!"...Not ever again young lady.

Left my experience with this location feeling quite upset. Staff was unfriendly and rather rude. It started during ordering when I was informed that they were out of several items I tried to order such as timbits and a croissant breakfast sandwich. It was around 10am when I rolled through, so this was disappointing. I might have been more understanding if it had been later in the day. Additionally, the person who took my order was extremely rushed. She actually told me to pull up as I was talking and when I kindly mentioned I was not done ordering, she seemed annoyed. When I finally pulled up to the window, they told me that they didn’t have an item that I ordered AFTER I had already paid. Their only solution was to make my order using a different bagel. My partner ended up having to eat something they didn’t want as a result when we would have much rather to have gone somewhere else. I didn’t even have time to question it as they seemed like they were in a rush to have us leave. I have always liked the service I received from this location in the past, so it is disappointing to say the least.

I think they should train their workers better.. I ordered 2 English muffin sandwiches yesterday and he just ripped apart the English muffins and made the sandwich on them, without toasting the bread at all or adding butter. I don’t know if he wasn’t trained or if he was just not feeling like making it, but it’s disappointing to pay for something and have it made wrong :(

After I left the Middle Sackville Tim's without my breakfast order, after waiting nigh on 20 minutes, I went to the Lower Sackville Tim's only to find "we're out of eggs". That's it for me and Tim's. A&W from now on.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Spent 15 minutes inside the store where only one person was served in that time frame. Mangers standing around doing nothing to help their staff and a place with no urgency. On top of waiting so long, you better cross your fingers that your order is right because I can most likely ensure you that it won’t be. Plenty of other Tims around the area, highly suggest you go to one of those instead

Worst customer service. Multiple times, I have Mobile order to show up and not have it made. Usually, they don't even know . This mobile order has come in. This staff will just all stand around and stare at you. But nobody will come over to ask what you're waiting for. Today this happened, I told the girl what my order was along with another staff member. The receipt clearly stated that it was the right location. The staff member argued with me that it didn't say the location on it after I showed it to herself and another staff member. Proceeded to give me attitude after i'd waited over 15 minutes for one coffee, slams it down, and in a condescending tone says, "You're welcome!"My husband and I talk about how poorly run and how awful the customer service is all the time. I will say this, There are a couple of girls who usually work the early morning shift that are amazing and provide great customer service.....maybe afternoon staff should take some training from them.

I went through the drive-thru with my mother about 15 minutes ago. I got the blackberry quencher, which I have before and there wasn’t as much syrup in it as there normally is. We pull back through, tell them it’s way too watery and instead of a calm response possibly explaining the reason, she got loud, and she had attitude. When asked to fix it, they took the drink back into the window and heard them complain about us the entire time we were waiting for them to fix it. I used to be a manager at a fast food establishment and I know how customer service should be and they fell SO short today.I come to this store almost every morning and the morning staff is wonderful but the afternoon/ evening staff is not.

I have never been so dissappinted in the quality of my food from a Tim Hortons.My turkey club was LITERALLY squished flat.This location has really gone downhill.. I have issue every time I visit

I go this Tim almost everyday !! Everyday of the week with morning greetings at the counter just makes my day. Unfortunately the young staff on sunday always disrespectful with not just only me in general the way they show attitude. I went for coffee today 2 April 2023 was again disappointed ?
