The ladies in the drive-through do not possess an acceptable amount of clarity in terms of headset or speaker use for communication that does not increase frustration for native local residents. Situational awareness and understanding what an employee can perform is a skill not currently being displayed at Tim Horton.

This newly renovated Tim’s is very nice. The young man at the counter was very nice and polite and my latte was one of the best I’ve had and that’s all I get at Tim’s. All in all a very nice spot to sit and drink coffee

Not having much luck with Tim Hortons lately stopped for a coffee and a Delivery was blocking the drive thru . I have a bad knee so I backed into the drive thru thinking they could help me out oya no parking spots anyway some employees ( 4 ) were outside and a female with a BIG MOUTH told me drive thru was closed . They had one employee inside and the rest were outside smoking cigarettes ( Thanks for helping me out ) my

I went to drive-thru instead of steep tea got coffee. Went back told them no apology, no sorry what so ever and it was at around 9pm. It wasn't busy at all. Matter of fact this happened with me before In this location. They really need focus team members training!!!! Horrible customer service!!!

The sausage scrambled egg wrap I received was disappointing — it was small and didn’t even have any sausage in it. I’ve had this item at other locations and it was much better. On top of that, the cashier seemed more focused on chatting with her regulars than serving customers. My wrap sat on the counter for about five minutes before she handed it to me. The décor was nice, but the service and attitude were poor.

Terrible drive through experience, every time! I go here very rarely, and every time I give them the benefit of the doubt, just to be dissappointed again. Not anymore!

Ordered two sausage and egg english muffins - both were missing eggs! By the time I found out, I didn't have time to turn around. How do you forget the egg on a sausage and EGG english muffin? Clearly no quality control standards by management.
