Long waiting time to get the order. I have to wait for 15 minutes. First Noone has come to receive the order upfront. After that they have taken 10 minutes to pack the wedges which usually ready to go at there back shelves. Need for staff in the evening.

Please.. LISTEN to the order, punch it in, so you reference it back when preparing it. We don't order complicated things. A medium coffee black with 2 sugar does not require a masters degree to make. An extra large French vanilla should be just that, not a large, a medium.. or any other size. Please 🙏 pay attention. Also, you don't have to offer a free side dish of guilt that you're closing soon. I think every Canadian knows how the system works with Tim Hortons; don't try to change it and degrade the service to match your efforts. Get with it, it's not hard!!

everyone is so kind and friendly! the staff are amazing! THEY ALWAYS MAKE MY ICED COFFEE PERFECT! Lolol I love coming in here it’s such a warm welcoming environment😁 definitely recommend going to this location. I hope the staff know they kick butt and are doing a incredible job😊

The front office personnel were so agressive ... its unusual within Tim Hortons staff ... the young man and the young lady at the cashier were to rude and impolite ... customers were missed in the line !

October the 20th 8:00am. Get a farmer's wrap, apple fritter,medium coffee. Being served by a guy had his gloves on using the cash register. Rubbing his beard. Gets my apple fritter without changing his gloves. That was so disgusting I threw Apple Fritter in the garbage on my way out. I will never eat there again
