Today, I went to Tim Hortons with my boyfriend to drop off his resume. The girl at the front gave us a form to fill out. After completing it, we went to the counter to hand it in, but it felt like we were being ignored. A girl in the back, who looked like a baker, kept looking at us through the doors but didn’t come to help. When she came to the front, she LITERALLY ROLLED HER EYES AND WALKED AWAY. She looked at us again when she returned, but still didn’t assist. It was just a 10-second task, yet we stood there for about 5 minutes until another lady came from the back to take it. This is not work ethic. I also work at Tim Hortons, and I believe guests should always come first. This kind of attitude is unacceptable and we decided not to eat there. Please look into your staff and teach them some work ethics.
