I go to this Tim Hortons on Cobequid road in Lower Sackville every morning for my original latte and I find the staff great, the service is exceptionally fast and the latte's are very tasty. Actually better lattes than other coffee shops in my opinion.

Was the only person at the counter and waited 9 mins to order one coffee even tho there was a dozen staff. The employees were fighting about something in a foreign language and then the girl that finally took my order went out back and then I had to ask another employee to get my coffee. Tim's is totally geared to serve the drive thru but the service has went downhill so bad I won't be back to this location. Too many foreigners, u don't get a smile or thank u anymore and I hate what this country is becoming. It's everywhere and so are they

THIS PLACE ALWAYS GET MY ORDER WRONG.
Last time I was there, i ordered a steak and cheese breakfast sandwich. When I got home I found a coconut donut in my bag.

That was my last straw after MANY times my order had been wrong before.

I drove back to the store and asked for the shift supervisor. I told them about what happened and asked for the franchise owners contact.
They refused and only took my name and number, stated that I would hear back from the manager in a day.

Well I never did.

DO NOT GO HERE. !!

I get lost frequently in Nova Scotia (which is one of the main reasons I vacation there). I cannot say the name of this road properly but I do like this Tim's..it is just around the cormer from my favourite drug store, thrift store and restaurant I enjoy when I am in the area..my 4 fav spots all in a row

I picked up a ice coffee at 2:05PM. I had a very disappointing experience at your store. The communication from the staff was poor and my order was unsatisfactory. They made my order twice and still There was no sugar in my coffee. Given this experience, i dont plan to return to your store ever. I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve your quality of food and teach some communication skills to your staff. You can see the quality of coffee from the attached photograph.

Big shout out to the manager that was there on Thursday. My order was wrong, I called he apologized for everything. Asked when I would be back, and that my breakfast wrap was on them and he would have a gift card for me. 30mins later this guy walks into my office, asks for me and hands me over a gift card and a brand new wrap. The fact that he took time out of his morning in the middle of what I would assume to be their busiest time and drive to Bedford to deliver. I was not expecting it at all. And than the staff the next morning all apologized for the mixup.
