I come here almost every day, sometimes multiple times a day, for a client who lives nearby. All the staff are always kind, but the weekend evening crew are especially wonderful. They always have our order ready quickly and correctly, and they always serve it with a smile!

I had an excellent experience at this Tim Hortons! The service was quick, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. A special shout-out to their manager Manjot, who went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect. Their positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out and made the visit even better.
My coffee was fresh and made just right, and the donuts tasted incredibly fresh. The restaurant was clean, comfortable, and a great spot to take a quick break.

Very slow and you’ll have to repeat yourself because English isn’t there first language

got my order in the afternoon from Manjot — she was incredibly polite, efficient, and made the whole experience smooth and pleasant. You can tell she’s a great leader and truly cares about her work.
I’m tired of getting the wrong items almost everytime I go there, or not getting the correct things added to my sandwich that I pay for. Order accuracy is a huge thing and they definitely fail at it. Might just head to beaver bank Tim’s from now on

Ordered a Marshmallow cold brew which is over $5. I heard the girl making it say to the other girl, we don’t have any marshmallow topping and the other girl said just use regular. And instead of asking me if that was okay, proceeded to charge me full price for the marshmallow I didn’t get. Doesn’t even taste the same. Sunday May 15 2025 at 7:45 am.
The staff here are very helpful. They go out of their way to be cheerful and help each customer fully. You don't feel like you are being rushed through the line.

Update of this review
Shortly after leaving my review, as you can see bellow Tim Horton reached out to me. They then promised me they would have the manager follow up with me. Well for the past 8 weeks I have been updating them weekly that their manager was not following up with me. I asked for some accountability and some real consequences and nothing has been done, I get the same useless empty promises and apologies from Corporate every week. 12 days ago my file was supposedly being escalated. Since then Zip Nada, nothing from them. I'm SO feed up with the lack of accountability these days.
Bottom line people, if you want shit service with no Corporate Conciousness, then go ahead and frequent this restaurant or any Tim Horton for that matter. Oh and I know spring is here now so it not so much an issue anymore, but next winter watch, if you decide to go there, watch for patches of ice directly outside their door so you don't crack your head open on the pavement.
Ok call me impatient but I went into the drive trhu today on First Lake at 10 AM on a Saturday. 3 cars in front of me in the drivethru. I pull up to the mic. I waiting for about 2 min and went Hello? Then after my 3rd Hello someone took my order. After that it sounded back on track. Then I waited another 8 minutes to get served with only 2 cars in front of me. They know after a long wait they are supposed to make car parks and bring out their orders to them to get the drive trhu going again. Then I asked what the incredibly long wait was about and the young employee said. Oh we are very busy. I said I would tell the manager, she said she's inside, I did not expect that from their shitty operation, but I said I'll be in. Then as I tried to enter the restaurant I ended up wearing my coffee as I slipped on some ice right outside their main door. The restaurant was pretty much empty inside.
Then I spoke to the manager (a lady in her 50s) and she couldnt be bottered, she had no excuses and no
better reasoning that they are very busy. Meanwhile this Tim Horton has 7 employees behind the counter and 3 more in the back that I could see. This was one the worst service I have received at Tims in over 20 yrs. Manager DO BETTER! Oh and lady
when you went hum hum on a customer comment as to minimize what that are saying, you completly failed customer service 101.
