The staff is awesome! This location really feels like an old-school diner where people remember your order and remember your name. Have never had a bad experience here. Dealing with the onslaught of students at lunchtime can't be easy and none of the staff seem to complain at all. I'd go out of my way to come here!

Every weekend I seem to go to Tim Hortons for a breakfast sandwich at 8am meaning shortly after open they NEVER have Eggs ready. How when you open do you not have enough eggs made. It seems any time the manager isn’t in the staff does as they want.

This time hortons het worse every time I go. It's disgraceful. It took almost a full 5 minutes for hem to greet me at the window. There was no line up. I ordered an ice cap and it wasn't even full...
Went to the small counter. Staff just watched people line up inside and no one came to serve the counter.Ended up leaving without ordering because we just couldn't wait any longer.

French vanilla was just warm water/had no taste and my farmers wrap wasn’t grilled or wrapped properly. Also, my simply sausage sandwich had a huge piece of tomato on top of the English muffin. (which wasn’t supposed to be on it.) Would recommend the cobequid Tim’s over first lake.
