I stop by the Tim Hortons at Beaver Bank and Glendale fairly often, and I’ve noticed a real improvement lately. The staff are more upbeat, the service is faster, and overall it just feels more organized than it used to.

My coffee’s been fresh every time, and the food (usually a bagel or wrap for me) is made properly and served quickly, even when it’s busy. It used to be hit or miss, but lately they’ve been a lot more consistent.

There’s definitely been a positive change here, and it shows. It’s a solid spot now, and I’ll keep coming back.

Absolutely terrible customer service from the employees before 7am, they are rude, argumentative, and slow. As a individual who worked customer service for 10 years i understand it can be frustrating however you dont argue with someone about the food they ordered. They do not listen to simple instructions at drive thru intercom from customer for food if we were unable to see how they were making our food i would have had to return, unsatisfied and frustrated to correct my order.. They only butter one side of bagels and leave the other dry for all bagels including if you ask for a BELT toasted with butter and mayo. One of the absolute worst locations. The employees clearly do not care about their jobs. Would NEVER recommend this location.

Got the wrong order again via drive through. Ordered tea with 2 sweetener. Got home……black coffee. This happens too often. I’m not driving back.

Also would provide restaurant feed back on the app as directed, but I’ve never received a receipt in a Tim’s drive through. I only see date, time and amount on the app.

I go there on a regular basis at least twice a week. I use the drive through and the staff are always nice, pleasant and efficient. Look forward to seeing the same faces each time I go. I have PTSD around people but I am comfortable with them at the drive through.

Vegetarian options: I often get items with meat on them as my service dog like that part and I have the rest.

Atmosphere is always friendly and very helpful. It is always busy due to the churches and location but I never feel rushed. I have a specific order they most of the staff know by heart and it has never been made incorrectly

When to tim for food around 6:30 evening. Didn’t inform me while taking orders that tea will take time. No body came to take order first. Then said no for bagel while it was there. Always rude when I go there
