Nice place to hangout. Some naughty boys came in to mess up the bathroom and the manager was calling the police to have them leave because they were initially banned from coming into the restaurant. They wanted water and I stepped in to get them the water they needed.Those boys must be really naughty as the manager was bent on removing them. Anyways all went well?????

Unreal. It seems like all new staff that are doing community service. I understand listening skills and order taking since I do the same for a living. SIX times I asked for a red pepper pinwheel. TWO order takers told me they didn't understand. I enunciated very clearly and slowly. Red. Pepper. Pinwheel. It is on your sign for X price. "I don't understand" was the response I kept getting. Then someone else jumps on saying they don't sell kids meals. Nobody ASKED for a kids meal. No one in front of me. No one behind me. Radio off. I couldn't have spoken more clearly. I started looking for the candid camera. The staff was in outer space. I got annoyed after the sixth request and the kids meal gaslighting and drove to unusually busy other location who was happy to take the exact same order.

I used to like this place but I have been here twice and not only did I have burnt coffee twice now but I ordered a bagel and they gave a dry four cheese with burnt bacon when I asked for cream cheese I don’t know who you have working there but y’all are so stupid

Normally Tim’s are Tim’s however this has recently been bought by new owners who let the staff go to hire new staff. Since the change I have been 2 times both have resulted in wrong orders. I am on my way when I notice and it is not the best start to the day. Fool me once I will NOT BE SPENDING MY MONEY AT THIS LOCATION.

Tim Hortons roast beef & cheddar. Should have lettuce, cheddar, bbq sauce, but at least they remembered the roast beef. I used to spend $300 a month at Tims (my banking app told me) The last 6 months maybe $20/mth. I was a faithful customer for 30 years. Was. This pic is one of the reasons why.

Nice enough staff, but absolutely the most useless and slow front end. I have never been to a Tim's that is this slow. I'm talking 10, 12 or so minutes on a basic order made inside. Drive through is marginally better. Order a couple coffee's and it routinely takes up to 6 or so minutes.

Since the staff changed about a month ago , I avoid this Tim's at all cost . I use to be a loyal customer to this store for years, but now I will drive past and go to the esso where customer service is amazing , my order is right (which at beaver bank theu can't even get a basic coffee right ) and the wait time is more reasonable. I am so disappointed in how beaverbank Tim's has turned out
