This is the worst place I’ve been in HRM . Food is absolutely poor , never go back again .

My family and I have eaten here many times over the years and lately it’s been going downhill.
Twice we were cut off from AYCE.
Once about an hour before close they started power washing the floor beside us while we were still eating, and we were sprayed with dirty water. Our most recent and decidedly last visit we were told they were sold out of AYCE but that we could still order off their menu.

myself and my boyfriend have been going here for four years together, never had an issue with service or food. until last night, I went up to pay while my boyfriend went to the bathroom, when i went up she handed me my receipt which was $63, the machine that she handed me had $73 on it. when i asked why she said she automatically added a tip…. after a (what i thought was) polite conversation she took that off and i chose to skip the tip option bc she had automatically added it and was not going to tell me if i had not have asked. after i tapped my phone she SNATCHED the debit machine away so hard that my other hand that had my phone it in, fell on to the table . From there she starting calling me names, horrible person and that i was not welcome anymore and to get out…. so i did. we will never be back and i can not believe that happened. terrible service adding a tip automatically and not telling us??? snatching the debit machine out of my hand??? calling me names??? i was so shook up about it. four years never an issue. i hope you truly have all the days you deserve. we will never be back that was so unbelievably disappointing, disrespectful and a terrible look for the staff. Watch what you pay!

There are plenty AYCE places out there so don’t even spend time and money coming here. It’s going down hill since the last time I came in 2023. They need to change their sushi chefs and kitchen chefs. Price cheaper than other places but you get the corresponding food quality. Sashimi was not fresh, snapper tastes like rubber. Udon and teppan dishes are jokes. Rice portion in nigiri are doubled than last year. What’s the point? Customers still gonna waste them anyway. They even forgot the ice cream we ordered last. The place was not busy but foods came out super slow. Overall not recommending this place at all.

Ordered here twice. First time it was good! Everything was right, tasted good. Second time, the items were wrong and not very fresh. They also all fell apart very easily. Sad but won’t risk it ordering here again :(

So delicious and fresh. So many options and the server and chef were so nice. They even gave us a treat. It was like dessert sushi, yummy ? Thank you.
