I would like to preface this review by saying I have been there with friends and family many, many times, and I've only seen this place get worse overtime.Food is good, but overtime the service has gotten worse and worseOftentimes we have wait up to 30 minutes to an hour to get a second all you can eat menu, let alone a first one. This is an extremely common occurrence and happens essentially everytime you go, one time they forgot to give us plates and chopsticks and water for over an hour! We got out water at the end of our meal! Waiters constantly ignore you, I had to ask for water 5 seperate times and by the sixth time I walked up to the register and had to ask for water there. The waiter stared at me like I was a crazy person.Today they locked us out of ordering more, how many orders did we get there? 4 in total, 2 for the table (there are 5 of us) and 2 for one of my friends, who has to order separately because he has allergies. We were never locked out of any order before, we were never told there was a limit, they just cut us off.Tldr worst service ever

Thought it would be fun to do all you can eat sushi until i waited over an hour for my food and watched it sit for 15 mins. My friend and I were never offered a drink and when asked the waitress walked away. We had requested a roll that was made wrong and when letting the server know this particular ingredient was not listed she said that I was wrong and it was made this way. I showed her on the menu it wasn't. And her reply was "note any changes next time". We are appalled by the service and lack of emotion.

Went for all you can eat. Only got one order in in an hour. Waited 20 minutes for food. Didn't offer a drink or bring over "cutlery". When we got our food a roll was made wrong. (Note it took them 26 mins to come over). I let the server know and she said that I was wrong and it was made this way. I showed her on the menu it wasn't. And her reply was "note any changes next time". BUT IT DIDNT HAVE THIS INGREDIENT ON THE MENU. She was very emotionless and walked away without actually telling us if the roll would be remade.

Was told by my waitress what to tip? Really, I had to ask her to take our drink order, seems to be the only restaurant that needs instruction on serving. Mizu is much better quality food and atmosphere and better class of servers. I have never once before in my life ever been told what I should tip from Ontario to Nova Scotia Europe to Asia & the USA. I have ordered twice for take out and once for dine-in. Very disappointing, will not order again nor will I recommend the place to any friends. Empty on a Sunday while competitors are on waiting list. Try Mizu on a Sunday, usually packed. Now you know.

We stopped in for some Sushi while travelling from Newfoundland and were not only surprised on how great the food was but also the service. We will definitely be back!!

While not necessarily the pinnacle of sushi perfection, these rolls stand out for their excellent value at just $17 for AYCE.If you're watching your budget, this place is a hidden gem. Personally, I have a soft spot for the mango cheese and Alaska rolls – true favorites of mine.

Old tempura in the rolls make the rolls fall apart.Maki rolls have almost no actual fish in them.They do not offer Tuna on the menuGlacially slow service.Hard to find any reason to eat here other than location.

AYCE but the sushi pieces are 95% cold dried -out tempura and rice. Ridiculously small pieces of fish. Service is glacially slow. This is a solid 3 out of 10
