We’ve made Wendy’s Night a weekly tradition wherever we happen to be, so trust us when we say: we’ve been to a lot of Wendy’s. And the one in Sackville? Easily one of the best we’ve ever visited.
The staff here are genuinely friendly and quick, the food is perfectly prepared and portioned, and everything came out hot and fresh. The guy at the drive-through window was especially kind, setting the tone for the whole experience. It’s rare that fast food feels this consistent and cared for, but this location nails it.
Well done to the team here—and hats off to the new owners. You’ve turned Friday night fast food into something worth looking forward to even more.

Went through the drive through today and had the worst service that we ever had. The host name was Riley, and he was very ignorant. And kept cutting us off when asking questions at the drive through. When asked to speak with him at the window? The manager refused to let him talk to me. And said that she would speak to him knowing full, well that she will not. If we had the option to give zero stars, we certainly would

Ordered Frosty and wasn't even cold and was melted basically. No thick, creamy texture to it. Waste of money, especially when you go through drive thru.

Extremely disappointed with my recent experience. Two women who appeared to be in management acted so unprofessionally—it was honestly shocking. Their behavior was immature, petty, and completely unfit for a workplace setting. If they dislike their job so much, they should consider leaving rather than taking it out on customers or creating such a toxic environment. Hard to believe the head office hasn’t noticed this yet. Wendy’s needs to seriously evaluate their staff. I won’t be returning. Go get a therapist sisters!!!
Spacious location at the outdoor mall. Good for summer visit and perhaps a challenge in cold winter unless you drive. Bus stops right outside. This is a plus for visitors by bus and don't drive.

Ordered 4 combos received 3 cups asked for my 4th cup employees denied that i only got 3 cups said i was just trying to get free drinks when they have free refills.. i now understand why their stock price is dropping.

The one Manager is awesome and food is good. But the worker is awful. totally rude and disrespectful every time I’m there and there’s always an issue. I won’t be coming back anymore, but the manager there is great.
