Went to the drive thru last night just to grab some French fries. Girl at the first window was pleasant then I went to the second window , the girl there opened the window handed me the bag and before I could ask for ketchup she had turned her back closed the window and started talking the the other worker. Zero customer service.

We’ve made Wendy’s Night a weekly tradition wherever we happen to be, so trust us when we say: we’ve been to a lot of Wendy’s. And the one in Sackville? Easily one of the best we’ve ever visited.
The staff here are genuinely friendly and quick, the food is perfectly prepared and portioned, and everything came out hot and fresh. The guy at the drive-through window was especially kind, setting the tone for the whole experience. It’s rare that fast food feels this consistent and cared for, but this location nails it.
Well done to the team here—and hats off to the new owners. You’ve turned Friday night fast food into something worth looking forward to even more.

My daves single burger party was as thin as deli meat, the person I was with had a normal one. They also messed up my entire Uber eats order.

Went through the drive through today and had the worst service that we ever had. The host name was Riley, and he was very ignorant. And kept cutting us off when asking questions at the drive through. When asked to speak with him at the window? The manager refused to let him talk to me. And said that she would speak to him knowing full, well that she will not. If we had the option to give zero stars, we certainly would
