This is a really really cool little local cafe. The food is absolutely amazing. It's a cute little cafe with incredible baked goods and a very yummy breakfast/lunch menu. The highlight for me was the lobster roll which was perfect, however, the smores peanut butter cookie was a close second!

Went there for lunch. The atmosphere and the ambiente is nicely, the service was extremely slow. No coffee refills. Paid for a few quesadillas and a warm coffee 20 bucks. The food was okay. The table tops were sticky. Maybe the service had a bad day. One star for the atmosphere, one for a decent WiFi.

A great concept with potential. Service was not great- three employees had very public (heard by those in dining area) conversations about daily tasks. Communication between them was strained and odd. Food offerings in cases looked good and had variety but tasted day-old when purchased in the morning and was not heated. Ordered food (bagel sandwich) took about 15 minutes to come out with no other customers placing orders before me. One of the few early morning spots in town to get breakfast food but I would not recommend it.

Just had the banana pancakes from here and it was the yummiest experiment I did with me. I never had such delicious pancakes ever. Totally worth the price and I am going to come here everyday from now on. 🥹
UPDATE - April 2025. In my last review I said we would come back in the summer...well... we couldn't resist and went back again today. Today's choices were again delicious and served with very friendly service. // March 2025 This was the first time for us at the Hodge Lodge Eatery. Great food, service and atmosphere. Looking forward to returning again this summer.
