This hidden gem is a takeout only establishment due to its size and one woman run operation. Suni and her incredible food will leave you longing for more. There are 5 star chefs who cannot put the love and spice pairing into their food that Suni does. I long for this food from across the province and have made special trips just for my favourite special, the coconut shrimp curry! Oh yeah...and the portions feed more than a single meal, definitely the best bang for your buck around!

This meal has added 20 years to my life. Best service and best food I’ve had in a long time. Only 2 options on the menu. Menu that is hand drawn. Chicken or pork with rice and potatoes. Too good and very large portion. 20$

We are a SriLankan family travelling to Nova Scotia from Toronto ON. We stopped by to check this place out and were overwhelmed by Sunni’s love and warm welcome! She gave us a sample of her food- as she had almost sold out and it was closing time. The sample was so delicious!!! My kids loved the food and kept talking about it in the car. We were sad that we discovered this place later in the day. The flavour was fantastic! One of the best SriLankan food we have ever had. Better than home cooked food! Thank you Sunni♥️

I came here looking for the infamous Mango Lassi but unfortunately it was out. Instead, I eyed the Mocha almond cheesecake. One of these I will be lucky enough to have a taste!
Sunny the owner is a really welcoming owner. She is just lovely and even gave me a generous portion to try her lunch menu. It was so delicious that I decided to buy a whole combo! It’s full of flavour and is absolutely worth every penny.
The menu changes often and rotates to other delicious savoury cuisines - if you’re curious I would definitely pop my head in and check it out. It is only a dine out option - I would take advantage of this and take my delicious meal to the waterfront on of the many free picnic tables and have the best views in town while digging in on one of Lamprai’s delicious meals.

In a town full of over priced tourist traps, this is the real deal. The combos are massive and are only $18. The food is incredibly tasty and filling. Soni is an absolute Rockstar and lunenburg legend! Show up early because she usually sells out, you won't be disappointed!!!

You might not associate Lunenburg with Sri Lankan food, but this restaurant is an absolute must try. The food is beyond delicious and the portions are huge, two people could easily split one dish. Suni is one of the friendliest people you'll ever meet and clearly passionate about what she does. The restaurant itself has no space to sit and eat, but there is a convenient park with picnic tables right next door. I'm so glad we stopped here to eat, I would make the trip to Lunenburg just for this food!
