Lunch for two during a recent visit to Lunenburg left us wondering why this restaurant received such high praise in other online reviews. It had also been recommended by other foodie colleagues but all of our food was best described as pedestrian. Watery, lukewarm chowder, pork tacos with cold tortillas and the bare minimum of fillings and a margarita pizza that was only marginally better than store bought. We left asking whether our experience would have been better if we had ordered seafood or other higher end menu items that were perhaps their specialty. The restaurant name is also somewhat misleading as there are no discernible deli items served.

Great food with a wide selection which isn't all shellfish! It's very busy so there might be a short wait for a table, but it's worth the wait. Service is quick and the food is very good. My husband and I have had the beet salad, teriyaki salmon, ham and brie sandwich pizza and pork burger. I'd be happy to recommend all of them.
If you are happy to cope with the weather conditions then try to sit outside. The views are great and it's quieter.

One of the best meals you’ll eat in Nova Scotia. Excellent, inventive and fresh. Cannot recommend this place enough. My sister and I split a lobster roll, chowder and salad. Everything was delicious. Service was great and it’s got a killer view.

We had a good dishes there, which all were extremely and tasty as I went there first time. Not only food but service was also admirable.Only thing could be more better which is space for sitting outside.

Four of us went for lunch and it was great. The Staff are very customer focused and some of the best we have ever observed. The food is also great. Two had a pizza with homemade sausage and looks it. I had the lobster roll, which was terrific on the homemade bread. The accompanying cup of chowder was also loaded and delicious. My Wife really enjoyed the Bahm Mi burger. Her only suggestion is that the veggies need to pickled and the order should include fresh jalapeños.

Great spot for lunch or dinner in the heart of Lunenberg! The food is so good! The green curry mussels and chowder were some of our favorite items we ordered during out whole visit to Nova Scotia. The back deck is a great area to sit weather permitting and the staff is so nice. Shout out to our waitress Tara! Thanks for the recommendations and for being so welcoming to us.

The staff reminded me of how Basil Fawlty ran his hotel but the food was really yummy.
The salami sandwich, tomato soup and seafood chowder was shared with two of us. Lots of food for sure! Chowder wasn’t thick which is my preference!

We ate here our second night in Lunenburg and.wished we had eaten here both nights. Our server was great. We did not want a heavy meal and it was a little cooler so had the Tomato Parmesan soup - it was amazing. So good the couple beside us ordered as ours looked so good. The wood fired pizza was also a wonderful surprise as it was fantastic. The water view was a bonus and over our 10 days in Nova Scotia this was one of our favorite meals.

Great place to eat in lunenburg. We had the burger, pear and prosciutto pizza, and the seafood chowder.
I’m not a seafood chowder person normally, but this was absolutely amazing, 5/5.
The burger was ok, just a regular burger, bun was a bit dry. Nothing special about it, but tasted good. The potato’s were really good though with the garlic aioli.
The pizza was really good. Cool combo, never had something quite like it. Little bit too much arugula on top for my liking, but my partner didn’t mind.
The vibe is great in here, and service was great, would definitely go back again
