We spent New Year’s Eve in this beautiful restaurant. Service was excellent. The menu was perfect it can accommodate everyone’s taste. The homemade ravioli with lobsters was our favorite dish, it was delicious. My main with shrimps and the pasta fregola was also very good but unfortunately too salty.For desserts, I would have preferred something lighter with fruit, but I guess it’s just my personal preference.We had a very good time, it was a great experience.

Our waiter was fantastic and attentive to our concerns of food allergies. Quick contact with kitchen staff and return to help with decision making and suggestions.. Food was fabulous, best meal we have ever had in a restaurant..

Our New Year's Eve dinner was exceptional. We had the following dishes: Carol, our waitress, started us off with a lovely glass of wine for my husband and the peach drink. Then she served us an a lovely scallop dish as the amuse bouche. First Course: RAVIOLI - house made lobster ravioli, sauce Nantua, Acadian Sturgeon Caviar and my husband had OYSTERS six Sober Island Jades, watermelon mignonette, house cocktail sauce, lemon. Second Course: I totally enjoyed every bite of the SHRIMP FERGOLA pan roasted sustainable Tiger Shrimp, tomato & roasted garlic fumet, leek, red pepper, pimentón DUCK FRITE Brome Lake Duck Breast, hand cut fries, rapini, béarnaise sauce Third Course: AFFOGATO orgeat ice cream, almonds, espresso CHOCOLATE chocolate panna cotta, shortbread, caramel budino, sea salt, crème fraîche We have been eating at the Beach Pea Kitchen and Bar since it's opening years ago and we highly recommend it. It is one of our favourite restaurants to eat at. The good is also great and the service is exceptional. We were greeted by Sylvie and later we had the opportunity to chat with Martin (the owners of the Beach Pea). They also own The Salt Shaker Deli, which is open all year, and Bar Salvador, The Fish Shack and The Oyster Bar. All of their restaurants serve wonderful food. Have a wonderful holiday and we look forward to eating with you again in April when you re-open for the season. Thanks for an exceptional evening of fine dining. Patricia and David Watson

We enjoyed our meals very much. The only two things we would mention is it was a little cool in the room and we wished we'd not given up our coats. Secondly the red wine glasses that are used are not to our taste...difficult to hold with small hands and ugly.

Really enjoyed our visit - we were there for a special occasion and the food was delicious. Enjoyed the wine options as well. Our seat was close to the heat pump and so I was too hot - but usually I'm too cold so overall it's a win.

I was disappointed that the Halibut was unavailable. It's the highlight of my visit to Lunenburg. The lobster tagliatelle was excellent. Our server was great and knowledgeable.

We have been going to the Beach Pea Restaurant since it opened. The food is always exceptional and the service is top notch. I truly enjoy eating here and am always impressed with the food. Highly recommend eating at the Beach Pea Restaurant.

We started our meal with oysters from Sober Island and they were the absolute best. Our mains were delicious and the servings were so generous it was a struggle to finish. All in all. Excellent!

Service was good. The food was disappointing: string beans undercooked and very crunchy, scallops were warm but raw, scallops and shrimp were without flavour or seasoning in Pasta Sepia and pasta was not al dende but overcooked.

We chose to eat at the Beach Pea for a family birthday celebration because we know that we'll have an excellent quality meal. The wine selection is great. The calamari and the pasta dishes were delicious!! We hope to return to the Beach Pea in December.

There is nothing better than the anticipation of biting into a perfectly prepared scallop! The aromas and excitement are obvious and abundant here each visit and while we have tried probable every item on their menu, no matter which scallop dish they are featuring, it perfect each and every time. We have experienced excellent, courteous service each and every visit and look forward to returning again soon!

One of the top places in Nova Scotia! We had the fresh oysters, beef tartare, octopus (grilled just right), carbonara and the rabbit risotto dishes. The food was fresh, well seasoned, and plated gracefully. The cocktails were also delicious. Our waiter was very attentive and the staff in the kitchen was working very hard. It was just a very pleasant experience overall. I would definitely be back to try out their menu in other seasons and bring more people in here.

The food at Beach Pea Kitchen was delightful. I had the sepia pasta and caesar salad and both were delicious. The staff was relaxed and knowledgeable and we felt so comfortable in the space. My partner had the burrata appetizer and the halibut and enjoyed them both. We will definitely go back.

Very cute restaurant, nice vibe, well lit for nice ambiance. Server and host were very friendly and helpful. Kitchen staff, having an open style kitchen, looked professional with tidy, chefs uniforms and nice aprons. That was really nice to see.

Lively room with a nice open kitchen. Tuna tartare appetizer and burrata appetizer were both excellent. We all had pasta and my carbonara was strangely on the small side, not sure why. Other than that, a nice evening
