We only went for lunch.We did not say at the hotel. The lunch we had was the worst lunch.I have ever had.. we ordered a Clubhouse that came with chicken. Well the chicken came from a can the caned chicken was stringy don't think it was even chicken... When we complained, they said, oh. The chicken was stated on the menu. Yeah, nice piece of chicken, not crap from a can omg!".That was their explanations... Worst place ever.

The seafood chowder was delicious, but the fish was a bit too oily. The staff were friendly, and the view was amazing.

My partner an I stopped here for a bite the food was terrible we ordered the mozza sticks for an appetizer they were cold and then we ordered the fish and chips the cheapest fries you’d ever seen and the fish was ok but nothing great about it don’t waste your money the bill came to 60 dollars I definitely could’ve made a better meal at home for that piece and the cheap store bought quality of the food

We had a super delicious dinner. All was good. Ellie was very nice and friendly server. Definitely we will come again.

Grilled Haddock dinners were the best in town. Cocktails, grilled Lobster tail dinner also delicious. Homemade desserts were spectacular; so mant to try. Key Lime pie better than we've had in Key West, Oreo cheesecake a close second. Staff was very friendly

I wanted to get the chicken breast sandwich. I asked what kind of bread did it come on. Just regular white/ww sandwich bread. For $20 I said no. Use decent bread. So we ordered the 2 PC fish with sweet potato fries. We shared. It was vg. Good size fish with large portion of sp fries. Disappointment but the recovered I ordered a diet pop. ($4) it was terrible/flat. I told our server. She got me another it was vg( some issue with machine & ice. Overall good meal reasonable price great service

Went to Lunenburg for the first time and chose this restaurant on a whim, so glad I did. The front receptionist, a very unjolly, short haired, bitter and rude woman who told my family and I to wait outside as we heard her tell the waitress to just shove us in the corner away from the nice tables. We told her off for that and left. Thank God that we did because we found the Half Shell restaurant down the road. The Half Shell had great friendly staff and amazing food, so glad we didn't eat at the Dockside inn after such a rude experience. Eat at the Half Shell, don't waste your time waiting for a table at the Dockside inn.

Went there for supper. Food was great but the waitress that was assigned to us and the lady at the front made it a bad experience. We requested to move tables due to uncomfortable seating way before we even ordered our food but they would not budge when there were plenty empty tables available. A different waitress came to our rescue and moved us to a different table but our waitress wasn’t happy about that and came to argue with us before disappearing off. A different waitress had to finish off our order. When we asked to see the manager , one lady claimed she was one but when I started to ask questions she turned around and said the manager wasn’t there. Totally disgusting customer service for a small ask. Great food, terrible waitress and front desk. Kudos to the lady that moved us.
