Sunday morning breakfast, we choose to drive all the way to Lunenberg (1h drive), to have our breakfast, it was listed as the 1 of the top 5 restaurant in lunenburg. We show up and it's closed for the season! When google said it was open.
Great breakfasts. We went back several times.

Quick service, tasty food, reasonably priced. Had the haddock chowder, beet salad and salt cod cakes. Yummy.

I can honestly say the worst restaurant food I've had in over 10 years. Pan fried haddock was dry and bland served with a bagged ceaser salad that also had no taste.. The lobster sandwich was frozen canned meat diced up so fine you couldn't even taste it. The kids menu is an absolute joke, we ordered the kids pan fried haddock and it was just a lump of dry fish with nothing else on the plate... Had to ask for ketchup, had to ask for tarter sauce, the service was crap and the utensils were dirty full of finger prints. We all left hungry due to the tiny potion amounts they give you, $18 for pan fried haddock and is a third of the size of anywhere else I have ever ordered it, the lobster sandwich was $28 and prob had about $3 worth of lobster on it if that. I've had prison food that tasted better then this place, avoid at all costs, massive rip off!

Not only was the view of the harbour fantastic and the service delightful, the food was really excellent. Fresh and delicious seafood ( I especially enjoyed the scallop po’boy) and our day was made when the server recommended the chocolate peanut butter pie - my family still drools at the mention of it!

Arriving at 10:15 a.m. for brunch, a masked waitress, with a notebook in her hand obviously to register us in order to come back later, spoke to us in English. We tell her that we are French and she repeats more slowly, in vain. We still understand to come back in half an hour. On the way out, we see her rolling her eyes while speaking to a colleague... we didn't come back..??

We had a delightful breakfast at Savvy Sailor Café, enjoying coffee, waffles, and toast. The multigrain bread was particularly impressive, paired perfectly with locally made jam. The coffee was great, giving us the perfect start to the day. The café also offers a beautiful view of the harbor, adding to the charm of the experience. The service was excellent—friendly and attentive. A lovely spot for breakfast in Lunenburg!

We had a wonderful time. The service was great and the food was delicious. Eden was pleasure to have serve us. She was happy to serve us as well and said we topped her day. She had a customer who dropped their wrap on the floor and was irate that she would not give her a replacement...come on people, it's not a massive chain restaurant. Treat people kindly! Yes they are there to serve you, and clean up after you, but not to heap your ... on! Thanks Eden!
I only have one issue, the menu says, and I quote, "Please advise your server when ordering of any alergies so that we can try and accommodate your needs".
I tried to order some peanut allergies and they looked at me very confused like. What's the deal????

Very nice setting sitting on the balcony overlooking the harbour and schooner ships. Food wasn’t great for the price but not terrible, just very average. Staff were lovely though.

We waited for 45 mins to be seated and after making a noise got a place in. I would have understood if they were fair and were treating everyone equally. The so called hostess was catering to others but not us. Seemed unfair not sure if I should refer to it as racism or simply incompetence. Once seated the waitress was nice and the food was good as well.

This was really the most disappointing breakfast experience of our-2-week holiday in Canada ! Very unprofessional service and the most dismal meal.. boring eggs Benedict and pre-fabricated waffles.. just so disappointing…
