The customer service skills and manners of the current staff are non existent at the Lunenburg NS location. They have no sense of urgency when it comes to waiting on customer and are very ignorant when communicating to customers. More time is spent talking among themselves behind the counter then is spent at the counter and preparing orders. A few years ago this location used to be one of my favourite with friendly staff and amazing customer service. After my experiences this evening not sure I will ever return to this location.

Worst tims I’ve ever been to. The customer service was awful and none of them knew how to use the til. I spent 20 minutes in a 2 person line, myself included. And they messed up my order.
Garbage on every table, not a garbage bin anywhere. Had to clear off a table just to sit. Disgraceful.

You dont Impress me
Do not eat here is you have any dietary restrictions including allergens, religious or any other food restrictions. Staff do not clean food prep utensils between customers orders causing cross contamination. I would 100% recommend any other restaurant in this town over this non-hygienic establishment.
Vegetarian options: Nothing here can be considered vegetarian when they use all the surfaces and utensils to prep meat then reuse without even wiping off the meat before use on vegetarian food. Expect cross contamination.
