The Mahone Bay Tim Hortons bathrooms were disgusting 💯 Very dirty , no paper products ! And it also looks like it hasn't been washed down in months or a year . The walls , around the toilet and the corners are very dirty ! All around the soap dispenser, hand towel dispenser wasn't washed in months . Plus the door handle and frame is just as dirty 💯
I'm shocked that Nova Scotia health services hasn't sited this Tim Hortons location in Mahone Bay to clean up the public bathroom ?? 💯
I refused to use the bathroom and walked next door to the Irving gas station to use their public bathroom
If the public bathrooms were that dirty . I could only imagine what the back kitchen looked like for cleanliness?? I also refused to purchase and Tim Horton products 💯

Quicker service and better quality consistently I find in Lunenburg vs Annapolis Valley locations we're used to back home. Lunenburg's iced capp is closest to the original recipe that I have found in Nova Scotia, which is a treat because home I wouldnt want them even if they were free as they are so gross and oddly flavored. So we always indulge when in Lunenburg since we 90% quit Tim's back home.

We did not have a good experience here at dinner time. From entering the store, it took us between 20-30 minutes to get our food which was alright. However, the staff was disinterested and hard for us to understand as they wouldn’t up at us when speaking. We had good experiences at of Tim Hortons so we were disappointed to have a negative experience.
We go to Tim Hortons in Lunenburg often. The Staff is always pleasant and obliging. The food is fresh and served with a smile and pleasant greeting.
