I almost broke my teeth biting into this rock hard crispy chicken sandwich.
I ordered the clubhouse chicken sandwich special today (Tuesday, July 30)l at noon) and the chicken was indeed CRISPY, so much so that it was almost impossible to bite through.
The meat inside was basically disintegrated from being over cooked. It was akin to biting a piece of 2x4 wood.
So many people have raved about this place but I will likely never return. If a place can overcook a chicken sandwich that badly and still serve it, then it's clear they have very low quality standards and the cooking staff is not trained well.
There was also a few dozen empty boxes from a recent delivery scattered across the floor near the entrance.

Good food but the last time me and my family ate there they had no plates. I had to go buy a pack of plates to eat they where putting food in there take out boxes

Absolutely terrible customer service. Staff are lazy, dirty, slow, and will lie to your face in order to avoid helping you or doing extra work. Intentionally made my food the easy way and did not put anything I wanted on the food, and when I found out that they were too lazy to make it right, they wouldn't give me a refund until I made a scene, during which time the staff lied to me several times about something that happened five minutes ago. This establishment is the worst example of customer service and management in all of Cape Breton. Do not eat here.

So disappointed after hearing it was good food. First off I don't understand how 31.99 after tax becomes 42.00. Special tax for first timers I guess! The chicken was so gross no one could eat it. It was fed to the dogs. Probably the worst chicken I ever had. It's too bad. I heard good things about the chicken here. But I get ripped off on the price and then the meal is terrible. Not sure what happened.

Worst chicken I have ever received from any chicken place. No flavor at all, there was barely any breading, my son through his in the garbage. I had half a piece and tossed it. I gave some to my parents they tried and fed it to their dog.And I was also over charged. Saturday is supposed to be 31.99 my bill was almost 42.00 so unless the tax went up an awful lot that doesn't add up. They also have us 6 drum sticks in a 12 piece. Also fries were way over cooked. It was like they had no idea what they were doing. First and last time I be getting food from here. Waste of money!
I guess this is a good fried chicken especially Wing in Sydney ✌️

Food was hot and delicious. We ordered chicken tenders which were big and juicy, the 2pc. chicken box had a really big chicken breast and a leg with potato wedges (very tasty). Very friendly staff.
