The seafood chowder was among the best we ever had, and the fried clams were lightly crumbed and perfectly cooked.

Got the fish burger because there was a picture on Google where it looked really good. One nice fillet on a bun. However what I received was just fish bites falling out of a bun. No sauce or other additions. Impossible to eat with your hands. Also took 25 minutes to get my lunch even though the place was not busy.

A wonderful diner for a ride around the western end of the province. Great staff and great food. Chowder was a solid 7/10 and the special burger was awesome. The bacon wrapped cream cheese pepper was the icing on that cake! Thanks Trainee (Maddie) for taking great care of us!

We had the clams and fries today at lunch time and they were unbelievable! so delicious! The clams were breaded perfectly, the cook of the clams were perfect and the quality was perfect! The portion size was excellent and absolutely the clams were so flavorful! Don't change this method! Thanks for a lovely meal!
Our lovely server was excellent. Our food was average. Higher priced than most places. The seafood chowder was good but the potatoes tasted old. The turkey sandwich was old, more than likely frozen. I usually write positive reviews as I love this restaurant but something has changed. I don’t think I will return.

Average Had high hopes as seemed busy in the parking lot when you drive past but rather let down, food only average, “Sysco” precut shoestring fries / fish soggy and my burger meat was the same as you get at sobeys and the bun flat and tasteless, Why not make these in house it’s not rocket science to make your own burgers and chips is it and use a quality bun, there’s a great bakery down the road so why not get them to make the bread ?
Portions small and it’s not cheap compared to other places.

My wife, myself and mother-in-law dropped in for lunch for the very 1st time while visiting the area from Halifax.
I must say the Blue Rock burger was the absolutely THE BEST burger I ever had. It was so juicy and everything just balanced just right. I could not stop talking about it. I also had the Caesar salad. Real Bacon, Real shaved parmesan and just the right amount of dressing. The meal was absolutely delicious.
My wife and MIL had the the chicken burger and they enjoyed that very much.
We will be back again for sure.
